习近平生态文明思想对马克思生态思想的继承与发展研究

【摘要】：马克思生态思想是在19世纪人与自然关系日趋紧张、生态危机初步显现这一历史形势下提出的。马克思生态思想最核心的理念是人与自然的和谐发展,这是人类社会发展的基本。随着社会不断向前发展,人与自然和谐发展的理念已经根深蒂固,在建设中国特色社会主义事业的过程中,我党始终坚持以马克思主义理论为基本思想,自党的十八大以来习近平总书记继承马克思生态思想的深刻精髓,同时结合当代中国的现实情况,提出生态文明建设这一具有时代意义的新理论。本文通过阐述习近平生态文明思想的背景以及理论来源,论述了习近平生态文明思想的基本内容及其特点,并对其与马克思生态思想的继承与发展关系进行了阐述。本文从唯物史观,人与自然辩证的关系、环境生产力理论思想、民生思想等方面分析了习近平生态文明思想对马克思生态思想的继承性,从“环境生产力”、“绿水青山也是金山银山”、“良好的生态环境是最普惠的民生福祉”“山水林田湖是生命共同体”、“生态红线”等方面进行了重点阐述,把生态文明建设提升至国家战略高度。论文从提升全社会成员生态保护意识、完善相关法律、继续落实可持续发展这几方面体现出习近平生态文明思想对中国特色社会主义理论的丰富。这一理论既进一步彰显了党和政府以人为本的形象,同时也加深了对我国生态文明建设的认识,进一步推动“中国梦”的实现。
[Abstract]:Marx's ecological thought is put forward under the historical situation that the relationship between man and nature is becoming increasingly tense in nineteenth Century and the ecological crisis is preliminarily revealed. The core concept of Marx's ecological thought is the harmonious development of man and nature. This is the basic of human social development. With the continuous development of society, the concept of harmonious development between man and nature has been rooted. In the process of building a socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, our party has always adhered to Marx's theory as the basic idea. Since the party's eighteen major general secretary Xi Jinping inherited the profound essence of Marx's ecological thought, at the same time, combined with the reality of contemporary China, it puts forward the new significance of the construction of ecological civilization. By elaborating the background and theoretical source of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization, this paper expounds the basic content and characteristics of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, and expounds the relationship between Marx's ecological thought and the inheritance and development of the ecological thought. This article is from the historical materialism, the dialectical relationship between man and self, the theory of environmental productivity and the people. The inheritance of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought on Marx's ecological thought was analyzed. From "environmental productivity", "green mountain and Jinshan Yinshan", "good ecological environment is the most popular well-being", "landscape forest land lake is a life community", "ecological red line" and other aspects are emphasized. The construction of ecological civilization has been promoted to the national strategic height. From the aspects of improving the awareness of the ecological protection of the members of the whole society, perfecting the relevant laws, and continuing to implement the sustainable development, the theory of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization is rich in the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This theory not only highlights the image of the party and the government as a human centered one, but also shows the image of the party and the government. At the same time, it has deepened our understanding of China's ecological civilization construction and further promoted the realization of the "Chinese dream".
