马克思财富观的人性基础探究

【摘要】：随着社会的发展,人类越来越文明,物质越来越丰富,对财富越来越关注,对财富的态度也在不断发生着变化。当前我国经济高速发展,为人们提供了更多追求财富的条件和机遇。国家的财富在不断增长,更多的企业达到了世界500强,个人的财富不断增多,生活水平不断提高。在财富为我们带来福音和幸福的同时,一些问题也随之而来。国家经济的高速发展,使自然环境付出了一定的代价,比如：空气质量的下降、全球气候的变暖。这不仅对当代,甚至对子孙后代都产生了负面的影响。企业在追求财富的过程中,过度注重企业利润,把员工当做一种创造利润的工具,忽视员工的人性和员工的心理健康,甚至出现了员工跳楼的现象。个人在追求财富的过程中,过度关注财富的积累,忽视家庭责任和社会责任,出现老人无人养和摔倒不敢扶的社会现象。财富观的扭曲导致各种不和谐的因素出现,这就呼吁能有一种科学的财富观来指导人们塑造一种正确的人生观和价值观,正确处理人的发展和追求财富、创造财富之间的关系。马克思主义是一种科学的世界观和方法论,其包含了丰富的财富思想。马克思终生都在追求人的解放和人的全面发展,本文以马克思原著中的财富思想为基础,对马克思的财富思想进行梳理,力图从人性的角度对马克思的财富思想进行深入的分析和解读,探究马克思财富观的人性基础,为当代社会发展、企业发展和人的发展,提供现实的理论依据,为树立正确的财富观提供科学的指导和帮助。本文从哲学的角度对马克思财富观的人性基础进行了分析和探究,主要内容共由三部分组成。第一部分分析了马克思财富观的历史渊源,系统分析了马克思财富观的历史渊源和马克思财富观的形成过程。第二部分对马克思财富观的人性基础进行了系统的考察和探究,这一部分又分为三节,第一节首先对人性和人性基础进行了分析说明；第二节分析了马克思财富观的人性基础的表现,在本节从人存在的角度分析了财富的概念,从财富的本质和财富的生产角度考察了马克思财富观的人性基础；第三节对马克思财富观的人性基础的特征进行了分析,财富体现了人的需要本性和人的劳动本质。第三部分分析了马克思财富观的人性基础对当代社会发展的启示,分析了马克思财富观的人性基础对企业进行人性化管理和科学发展观以及和谐社会的构建并实现个人全面发展的理论指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, human beings become more and more civilized, more and more material, pay more and more attention to wealth, and their attitude towards wealth is constantly changing. At present, the rapid development of China's economy provides more conditions and opportunities for people to pursue wealth. The country's wealth is growing, more enterprises have reached the top 500 in the world, personal wealth is increasing and living standards are improving. While wealth brings us good news and happiness, some problems also follow. With the rapid development of national economy, the natural environment has paid a certain price, such as the decline of air quality and global warming. This not only has a negative impact on contemporary, and even on future generations. In the process of pursuing wealth, enterprises pay too much attention to the profits of enterprises, regard employees as a tool to create profits, ignore the human nature of employees and mental health of employees, and even appear the phenomenon of employees jumping from buildings. In the process of pursuing wealth, individuals pay too much attention to the accumulation of wealth, ignore family responsibility and social responsibility, and appear the social phenomenon that the elderly have no one to raise and fall over and dare not help. The distortion of wealth view leads to a variety of disharmonious factors, which calls for a scientific view of wealth to guide people to shape a correct outlook on life and values, and to correctly handle the relationship between human development and the pursuit of wealth and wealth creation. Marxism is a scientific world outlook and methodology, which contains rich wealth thoughts. Marx has been pursuing the liberation of man and the all-round development of man all his life. Based on the wealth thought in Marx's original work, this paper combs Marx's wealth thought. This paper tries to analyze and interpret Marx's wealth thought from the angle of human nature, to probe into the human nature foundation of Marx's wealth view, and to provide realistic theoretical basis for the development of contemporary society, the development of enterprises and the development of human beings. To set up a correct view of wealth to provide scientific guidance and help. This paper analyzes and explores the human basis of Marx's view of wealth from the philosophical point of view, the main content of which is composed of three parts. The first part analyzes the historical origin of Marx's view of wealth, systematically analyzes the historical origin of Marx's view of wealth and the forming process of Marx's view of wealth. The second part has carried on the systematic investigation and the inquiry to the Marx wealth view humanity foundation, this part has divided into three sections, the first section has carried on the analysis to the humanity and the humanity foundation. The second section analyzes the expression of Marx's view of wealth, analyzes the concept of wealth from the point of view of human existence, and examines the human basis of Marx's view of wealth from the point of view of the nature of wealth and the production of wealth. The third section analyzes the characteristics of Marx's view of wealth on the basis of human nature, wealth reflects the nature of human needs and the essence of human labor. The third part analyzes the enlightenment of Marx's view of wealth on the development of contemporary society. This paper analyzes the guiding significance of the humanized management and scientific development of enterprises based on Marx's view of wealth and the construction of a harmonious society and the realization of individual's all-round development.
