论贯彻五大发展理念与提高党领导发展能力

【摘要】：五大发展理念引领国家建设和社会进步,是党领导发展能力的重要展示。在强调制度执行力的同时,提出理念执行力概念十分重要。理念缺乏执行力就会落空。五大发展理念为破解发展难题、厚植发展优势、把握发展规律、增添发展动力提供了思想指南。在新形势下,不断提高党领导发展的能力,必须紧紧围绕切实贯彻五大发展理念,明确实践的原则、方法和路径。
[Abstract]:The five development ideas lead to national construction and social progress, and are an important demonstration of the Party's ability to lead development. At the same time, it is very important to put forward the concept of concept executive power. The lack of execution of ideas will fail. The five development concepts provide an ideological guide for solving the difficult problems of development, developing advantages, grasping the law of development and increasing the power of development. Under the new situation, to continuously improve the ability of the Party's leading development, it is necessary to closely focus on the implementation of the five major development concepts and make clear the principles, methods and paths of practice.
