【摘要】：邓小平作为社会主义改革开放的总设计师，社会主义建设事业的开创者和奠基者，一直以来，对我国的经济建设非常重视，尤其是在建国前后对我国的非公有制经济进行了深入而广泛的研究。邓小平在坚持马克思主义基本经济思想的指导下，结合我国的特殊国情，形成了中国特色社会主义的经济思想，制定并建立了合理的经济制度，突出了非公有制经济在推动我国经济发展中的重要地位。论文共分为三个部分：第一部分概述了邓小平非公有制经济思想的形成与发展。这一部分主要是由两个部分组成的，前一部分介绍邓小平发展非公有制经济的理论渊源，主要来源于马克思主义经济思想、列宁的新经济政策理论和毛泽东经济理论思想。后一部分主要介绍了邓小平发展非公有制经济的时代背景，也就是邓小平发展非公有制经济的条件。第二部分探讨了邓小平如何发展我国的非公有制经济和发展非公有制经济的主要形式有哪些？邓小平发展非公有制经济主要包括搞活市场经济，利用外资；完善所有制结构，鼓励个体经济发展；推进经济制度创新，促进私营经济发展。还进一步的介绍了非公有制经济的形式、性质和地位作用。这一部分的目的在于从深层次挖掘非公有制经济重要之处。第三部分论述了邓小平发展非公有制经济的意义。从理论意义和实践意义进行了论述。邓小平发展非公有制经济，丰富和发展了马列主义和毛泽东思想，而且完善了社会主义的所有制结构，促进了生产力发展，提高了综合国力，确保中国特色社会主义的伟大建设事业顺利推进。
[Abstract]:As the chief architect of socialist reform and opening up, the founder and founder of socialist construction, Deng Xiaoping has always attached great importance to the economic construction of our country. Especially before and after the founding of the people's Republic of China, the non-public economy has been studied deeply and extensively. Under the guidance of the basic economic thought of Marxism and the special national conditions of our country, Deng Xiaoping formed the economic thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics and formulated and established a reasonable economic system. Has highlighted the non-public ownership economy in the promotion our country economy development important position. The thesis is divided into three parts: The first part summarizes the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping non-public economy. This part is mainly composed of two parts. The first part introduces the theoretical origin of Deng Xiaoping's development of non-public ownership economy, mainly comes from Marxist economic thought, Lenin's new economic policy theory and Mao Zedong economic theory thought. The latter part mainly introduces the background of Deng Xiaoping's development of non-public ownership economy, which is the condition of Deng Xiaoping's development of non-public ownership economy. The second part discusses how to develop China's non-public economy and what are the main forms of developing non-public economy in Deng Xiaoping. The development of Deng Xiaoping includes invigorating the market economy, utilizing foreign capital, perfecting the ownership structure, encouraging the development of individual economy, promoting the innovation of economic system and promoting the development of private economy. It also further introduces the form, nature and status of the non-public-owned economy. The purpose of this part is to excavate the importance of non-public economy from deep level. The third part discusses the significance of Deng Xiaoping to develop non-public economy. From the theoretical and practical significance of the discussion. Deng Xiaoping has developed the non-public economy, enriched and developed Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong ideas, and perfected the socialist ownership structure, promoted the development of productive forces, and enhanced the overall national strength. To ensure the smooth advancement of the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
