【摘要】：随着时代的进步和社会的发展，人权问题逐渐成为当今世界普遍关注的热点。在人权问题上，不同的国家、民族、地区有着不同的看法，近年来，一些西方国家极力鼓出“人权高于主权”、“人权无国界”等论调，试图借人权问题干涉别国内政。马克思人权思想是马克思主义重要组成部分，具有丰富的理论内涵，，加强马克思人权理论中国化研究，无论对解决国际人权斗争问题，还是对于我国社会主义人权建设，都具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文坚持理论联系实际的科学方法，运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法，通过对马克思人权理论的中国化历史进程的系统研究，对马克思人权思想进行全面把握。将马克思人权理论同中国的具体实践相结合，坚持以人为本科学发展观，对进一步推动我国社会主义人权事业的发展具有重要的指导意义。本文引言主要介绍了马克思人权理论中国化的研究现状、研究意义和研究方法。第一部分，主要分析了马克思人权思想产生的时代背景、基本观点和主要内容，总体上把握马克思人权思想的形成条件。第二部分，在马克思主义中国化的基础上概述马克思人权理论中国化的基本特征。第三部分，论述马克思人权理论在中国的发展，研究毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民和胡锦涛的人权思想，对马克思人权理论中国化进行系统研究。第四部分，从理论和实践层面论述马克思人权理论的当代价值，分析马克思主义人权思想在中国具体实践运用。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times and the development of society, the issue of human rights has gradually become the focus of attention in the world. On the issue of human rights, different countries, nationalities, and regions have different views. In recent years, some western countries have tried to use the human rights issue to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries by using such arguments as "human rights are superior to sovereignty" and "human rights have no national boundaries." Marx's human rights thought is an important part of Marxism and has rich theoretical connotations. To strengthen the study of Marx's human rights theory in China is not only to solve the problems of international human rights struggle, but also to the construction of socialist human rights in our country. This paper adheres to the scientific method of integrating theory with practice, and applies the position, viewpoint and method of Marxism, through the systematic study of the historical process of the Sinicization of Marx's human rights theory. To carry on the comprehensive grasp to Marx's human rights thought. Combining Marx's theory of human rights with China's concrete practice and adhering to the scientific development view of people-oriented, it is of great significance to further promote the development of socialist human rights in China. The introduction of this paper mainly introduces the research status, significance and research methods of Marx's theory of human rights in China. The first part mainly analyzes the background, basic viewpoint and main content of Marx's human rights thought, and grasps the forming condition of Marx's human rights thought. The second part, on the basis of Marxism in China, summarizes the basic characteristics of Marxist human rights theory in China. The third part discusses the development of Marx's theory of human rights in China, studies the human rights thoughts of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, and makes a systematic research on the localization of Marx's theory of human rights. The fourth part discusses the contemporary value of Marx's human rights theory from the theoretical and practical aspects, and analyzes the practical application of Marxist human rights theory in China.
