【摘要】:中国共产党自成立以来,就高度重视学习问题,一直在进行不懈的探索和实践。毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民三代领导人对学习都有所认识和具体要求。党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛为总书记的中央领导集体,依据世情、国情、党情的新变化,根据全面建设小康社会、建设富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化的新要求,在继承马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论以及“三个代表”重要思想中关于学习思想的基础上,针对我国学习中存在的主要问题,明确提出了建立学习型政党、建设学习型社会等一系列重大思想,初步形成了较为系统的学习思想,把中国特色社会主义理论体系的学习思想推进到新的发展阶段。 胡锦涛学习观,是科学发展观的重要组成部分,,是马克思主义学习思想的继承和发展,是中国共产党集体智慧的结晶。本论文主要包括以下几部分内容: 第一部分:引言。主要介绍了选题背景、相关概念、研究现状以及论文创新点。 第二部分:胡锦涛学习观的形成基础。本部分首先论述胡锦涛学习观形成的实践背景。国情、世情、党情都在发生着巨大的变化,不断衍生出新的问题,强调胡锦涛学习观研究的紧迫性。第二,介绍了胡锦涛学习观形成的理论渊源,从梳理马克思主义经典作家、党的历届领导人的学习思想中体现出胡锦涛学习观的历史继承性。 第三部分:胡锦涛学习观的基本内容。本部分从四个方面论述了胡锦涛学习观的基本内容,也是全文的重点部分。主要体现在:明确胡锦涛学习观的学习主体;归纳出五点学习内容:学习理论、学习文化知识、学习实践科学发展观、学习践行社会主义价值体系和向实践学习;总结三种学习方法:理论和实践相结合、自学与集体学习相结合、领导干部做表率;三个学习制度:中央政治局集体学习制度、党委(党组)中心学习制度、九年义务教育制度。力求从“为谁学”、“学什么”、“怎么学”三方面把握胡锦涛学习观的基本内容。 第四部分:胡锦涛学习观的时代特征。包括深刻的时代性、鲜明的人民性、明确的实践性。本部分是本文的创新点之一。 第五部分:胡锦涛学习观的理论价值和实践意义。本部分从理论价值和实践价值两个角度论述了胡锦涛学习观的重要意义和作用。 胡锦涛的学习观内容丰富、博大精深。胡锦涛学习观是科学发展观的重要组成部分,是中国特色社会理论体系的新成果之一,对满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求,提高国民素质,增强建设中国特色社会主义的能力,具有直接的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the issue of learning, has been unremitting exploration and practice. Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin three generations of leaders have a knowledge of learning and specific requirements. Since the 16th National Congress of the Party, the central leading collective, with Hu Jintao as its general secretary, has met the new requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modernization, according to the new changes in world conditions, national conditions, and party feelings. On the basis of inheriting the learning thought of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "three represents", and aiming at the main problems existing in the study of our country, this paper puts forward the establishment of the learning-type political party. A series of important ideas, such as building a learning society, have initially formed a more systematic learning thought, pushing the study thought of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a new stage of development. It is an important part of the scientific development view, the inheritance and development of Marxist learning thought and the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China. This paper mainly includes the following parts: the first part: introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background, related concepts, research status and innovation of the thesis. Part two: the formation of Hu Jintao learning view. This part first discusses the practical background of the formation of Hu Jintao learning view. Great changes are taking place in the national conditions, the world and the Party, and new problems are constantly arising, emphasizing the urgency of the study of Hu Jintao's concept of learning. Secondly, it introduces the theoretical origin of the formation of Hu Jintao's view of learning, from combing the Marxist classic writers, The historical inheritance of Hu Jintao's view of learning is embodied in the learning thoughts of successive leaders of the Party. Part three: the basic content of Hu Jintao's view of learning. This part discusses the basic content of Hu Jintao's learning view from four aspects, and it is also the key part of this paper. It mainly embodies in: defining the main body of Hu Jintao learning view, summarizing five learning contents: learning theory, learning cultural knowledge, learning scientific development view, learning and practicing socialist value system and learning from practice; Summing up three learning methods: combining theory with practice, combining self-study with collective learning, leading cadres to set an example, three learning systems: the collective learning system of the political Bureau of the Central Committee, the central learning system of the Party committee (party group), The nine-year compulsory education system. This paper tries to grasp the basic contents of Hu Jintao's view of learning from three aspects: "for whom to learn", "what to learn" and "how to learn". Part four: the characteristics of the era of Hu Jintao's view of learning. Including the profound nature of the times, bright people, clear practice. This part is one of the innovations of this paper. Part five: the theoretical value and practical significance of Hu Jintao's learning view. This part discusses the significance and function of Hu Jintao's view of learning from two angles of theoretical value and practical value. Hu Jintao's concept of learning is rich in content and extensive and profound. Hu Jintao learning view is an important part of the scientific development view and one of the new achievements of the social theory system with Chinese characteristics. It can meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and improve the national quality. Strengthening the ability of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is of direct practical significance.
