【摘要】：列宁全面的继承马克思的党内民主思想,并且创造性的提出了有关党内民主建设的主张,为后世留下了宝贵的精神财富。列宁的党内民主制度建设思想对我们今天建设中国特色社会主义政党,具有重要的指导意义。本文分五章来论述列宁党内民主思想。本文将从列宁党内民主思想的理论来源、产生背景、主要内容、特点及历史地位和对中国共产党当今党内民主建设的理论与实践价值五个部分进行研究的。列宁党内民主思想的理论来源,主要是来自于马克思恩格斯的党内民主思想。马克思恩格斯党内民主思想主要包括了党的代表大会制度,集体领导和讨论制,民主选举制和报告制等四个方面的内容。其思想内涵对列宁产生了深刻的影响,而列宁也全面继承了马克思恩格斯重视制度建设的优秀品质。列宁党内民主思想产生的背景具有理论背景和历史背景两个方面,理论背景是列宁充分思考了考茨基对于机会主义的批判,并且也积极借鉴了卢森堡对其组织原则的批评,而且还对俄国民粹主义科学主张的批判吸收;而西方资本主义国家民主政治的发展和当时俄国高度落后的经济文化水平构成了其思想形成的历史背景。列宁党内民主思想的主要内容有,全体党员能够平等地行使自己的权利,坚持党的代表大会年会制,坚持实行民主选举制,对党内的问题实行民主讨论制,建立党内民主监督机制,坚持集体领导制和坚持民主集中制原则。列宁党内民主思想具有科学性、整体性、统一性以及与时俱进性的四个鲜明特点,他继承并发展了马克思恩格斯的党内民主思想,并阐述了党内民主的基本内容及其实质,不但揭示了党内民主发展的一般规律,进而还极大的推动了党内民主建设的发展进程,因而具有重要的历史地位。近年来,中国共产党对党内民主这一历史命题赋予了越来越丰富的战略意义,并且充分认识到了,在当前中国特色社会主义建设的重要时期,加强党内民主的重要性。而列宁党内民主思想不仅为中国共产党党内民主建设提供了科学的方法论,还奠定了坚实的理论基础,更为中国民主制度建设提供了理论依据。因此,充分学习列宁党内民主思想的精髓,对中国共产党党内民主建设和中国特色社会主义事业都具有巨大的实践价值和指导作用。
[Abstract]:Lenin inherits Marx's inner party democratic thought in an all-round way, and creatively put forward the proposition about the construction of Democratic Party in the party. It has left valuable spiritual wealth for the later generations. The idea of the construction of democratic system in the Party of Lenin has an important guiding significance for us to build a socialist party with Chinese characteristics today.
This article is divided into five chapters to discuss Lenin's democratic thoughts in the party.
This article will produce the background, the main content, the characteristics and the historical position of Lenin's democratic thought in the party, and the five parts of the theoretical and practical value of the party's democratic construction of the Communist Party of China today. The theoretical source of Lenin's inner party democratic thought is mainly from the Democratic Thoughts in the Party of Marx and Engels. Engels's inner party democratic thought mainly includes four aspects of the party's Congress system, collective leadership and discussion system, democratic electoral system and reporting system. Its ideological connotation has a profound influence on Lenin, and Lenin has also inherited the excellent quality of Marx Engels's reconstruction of the system. Lenin's Inner Party Democracy The background has two aspects of theoretical background and historical background. The theoretical background is that Lenin fully thinks of Kautsky's criticism of opportunism, and also actively draws on Luxemburg's criticism of his organizational principles, and also criticizes Russian populist scientific claims; and Western capitalist countries are democratic. The development and the highly backward economic and cultural level of Russia at that time constitute the historical background of the formation of its thought. The main contents of Lenin's inner party democratic ideas are that all Party members can exercise their rights equally, adhere to the annual meeting system of the Party Congress, adhere to the democratic electoral system, carry out democratic discussion on the problems of the party and establish the party. Internal democratic supervision mechanism, adhere to the collective leadership system and adhere to the principle of democratic centralism. Lenin's inner-party democratic thought has four distinct features of science, integrity, unity and keeping pace with the times. He inherited and developed the democratic thoughts of Marx Engels, and explained the basic content and essence of Inner Party Democracy. It shows the general rule of Inner Party democracy development, and greatly promotes the development process of Inner Party democracy construction. Therefore, it has an important historical position.
In recent years, the Communist Party of China has given more and more strategic significance to the historical proposition of Inner Party democracy, and fully recognizes that it is important to strengthen the inner-party democracy in the important period of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. And Lenin's inner party democratic thought not only provides a scientific way for the party's Democratic Party Construction in the party. The theory of law has laid a solid theoretical basis and provided a theoretical basis for the construction of China's democratic system. Therefore, it is of great practical value and guidance for the party's democratic construction of the party and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to fully learn the essence of Lenin's democratic thoughts in the party.
