邓小平实践经验思想及其对马克思主义时代化的启示

【摘要】：“一个新的科学理论的提出，都是总结、概括实践经验的结果。没有前人或今人、中国人或外国人的实践经验，怎么能概括、提出新的理论？”①这是邓小平在科学和教育工作座谈会上的讲话中作出的一个重要论断，告诫我们新理论的提出或理论创新，离不开对实践经验的总结与升华。诸如类似关于实践经验的论断广泛分布于邓小平的著作与讲话中，这里仅是一个缩影。可以说，邓小平对总结实践经验“情有独钟”，他在领导社会主义革命、建设和改革中特别重视实践经验的作用，形成了具有他个人特色的实践经验思想。同时，邓小平对推进马克思主义时代化作出了重要贡献。“谁道出了他那个时代的意志，把它告诉他那个时代并使之实现，他就是那个时代的伟大人物。”②改革开放后，邓小平同志坚持从实际出发，重视并善于总结我们革命、建设中的正反实践经验，创新发展了前人的观点、论断，提出了不少与时俱进的新思想、新论断；梳理与概括国际社会发展的实践经验，提出了和平与发展是当今世界两大主题的战略思想。这些新思想、新论断经得起实践的检验，，是马克思主义基本原理在当今时代发展的新境界。从这个角度而言，邓小平同志是在不断总结国内外实践经验的基础上发展了马克思主义。倘若作进一步思考，正是邓小平的实践经验思想在其推进马克思主义时代化的历程中发挥着重要作用。诚然，促使邓小平对马克思主义时代化作出贡献的动因是复杂且多方面的，但在本文看来，他关于实践经验的思想可以成为其中关键的一个，在其推进马克思主义时代化历程中位居重要地位。从这个层面而论，总结实践经验与推进马克思主义时代化之间存在着某些内在关联。这或许能为推进马克思主义时代化提供一些有益的现实启示。
[Abstract]:"the presentation of a new scientific theory is the result of summing up and summarizing practical experience. How can we generalize and put forward new theories without the practical experience of Chinese or foreigners? "1 this is an important conclusion made by Deng Xiaoping in his speech at the Symposium on Science and Education work. Admonish us to put forward new theory or theoretical innovation, can not do without the summary and sublimation of practical experience. Conclusions such as those about practical experience are widely distributed in Deng Xiaoping's books and speeches, and this is only a microcosm. It can be said that Deng Xiaoping has a special love for summing up practical experience. He attaches special importance to practical experience in leading the socialist revolution, construction and reform, and forms his own practical experience thought with his own characteristics. Deng Xiaoping made an important contribution to advancing the era of Marxism. "who told him the will of his time, told it and made it come true, he was the great figure of that time." (2) after the reform and opening up, Comrade Deng Xiaoping insisted on proceeding from reality, attached importance to and was good at summing up our revolution. The positive and negative practical experience in construction has innovated and developed the previous viewpoints, judgments, put forward a lot of new ideas and judgments with the times, combed and summarized the practical experience of the development of international society, This paper puts forward the strategic thought that peace and development are the two major themes in the world today. These new ideas and new conclusions can stand the test of practice and are the new realm of the development of the basic principles of Marxism in the present age. From this point of view, Comrade Deng Xiaoping has developed Marxism on the basis of summing up the practical experience at home and abroad. If we think further, it is Deng Xiaoping's practical experience thought that plays an important role in the course of advancing Marxism. It is true that the motivation for Deng Xiaoping to contribute to the epoch of Marxism is complex and multifaceted, but in this paper, his thoughts on practical experience can be one of the key ones. It plays an important role in the course of advancing Marxism. From this aspect, there are some internal relations between summing up practical experience and advancing Marxism epoch. This may provide some useful practical enlightenment for advancing Marxism's epoch.
