【摘要】：中国共产党在九十多年的风雨历程中,形成了一套独特的群众工作方法,对党的建设具有指导意义。现阶段,要高度重视把握群众工作方法的特点和规律,化解党群矛盾促进社会和谐,保持党的优良传统和政治优势。毛泽东、习近平群众工作方法是马克思主义唯物史观同中国实际相结合的产物,是在实践基础上对理论的创新,是马克思主义中国化的理论成果。毛泽东、习近平群众工作方法两者之间既有一致性又有相异性。一致性表现在三个方面:理论基础的一致性体现在马克思主义唯物史观是其理论来源,中国传统优秀文化思想是其文化来源;群众工作方法的一致性包括调查研究法、说服教育法、示范引导法和舆论宣传法;群众工作方法实现目标的一致性体现在正确处理人民内部矛盾和实现人民群众的根本利益。相异性表现在:群众工作方法寓于时代背景的相异性、群众工作方法作用对象的相异性、群众工作实施主体的相异性。通过梳理和总结毛泽东、习近平群众工作方法对党在今后较长一段时间里做好群众工作具有重要的现实意义。赋予了马克思主义群众观新的内涵,丰富和发展了党的群众工作理论;有助于应对长期执政考验;有助于化解脱离群众危险;有助于解决能力不足问题;有助于落实改革综合举措。
[Abstract]:In the course of more than 90 years, the Communist Party of China has formed a set of unique mass work methods, which is of guiding significance to the party building. At the present stage, we should attach great importance to grasping the characteristics and laws of the mass work methods, resolve the contradictions between the Party and the masses, promote social harmony, and maintain the party's fine tradition and political superiority. The method of mass work of Mao Zedong and Xi Jinping is the product of the combination of Marxist historical materialism and Chinese reality, the innovation of theory on the basis of practice, and the theoretical achievement of Marxism in China. Mao Zedong and Xi Jinping mass work methods are both consistent and different. Consistency is manifested in three aspects: consistency of theoretical basis is reflected in Marxist historical materialism is its theoretical source, Chinese traditional excellent cultural thought is its cultural source, consistency of mass work methods includes investigation and research, Persuasion education law, model guide law and public opinion propaganda law, the consistency of mass work methods to achieve the goal is reflected in correctly handling contradictions among the people and realizing the fundamental interests of the people. The differences are as follows: the method of mass work is different from the background of the times, the object of the method of mass work is different, and the subject of mass work is different. By combing and summing up Mao Zedong, the method of mass work of Xi Jinping has important practical significance for the Party to do well in mass work for a long time in the future. It gives Marxist mass view new connotation, enriches and develops the party's mass work theory, helps to deal with the long-term ruling test, helps to resolve the danger from the masses, helps to solve the problem of insufficient ability; It will help to implement comprehensive reform measures.
