【摘要】：工业文明的开启,开启了全球经济的快速增长的新时代。在经济发展过程中,人类无视自然界的客观规律,肆意开采资源,忽视环境保护,造成了如今人类生存环境的日益恶化等一系列生态问题。如何应对日益严重的生态危机,逐渐成为全人类所重视的问题。马克思生态文明思想一直是生态环境学者和专家研究的主要方向和内容。马克思所处的那个年代,资本主义刚萌芽,生态环境问题没有现在这么严重,而且受到当时社会历史条件和实践发展水平的制约,马克思并未深入地对生态环境进行过研究,但其所表达的对生态环境的观点不仅仅局限于他所处在的时代,而且还对当前国内的生态文明建设产生了极为深刻的影响。中国共产党在推进中国特色社会主义社会的构建过程中,非常重视人与自然之间的关系,在实践的过程中不断地加强环境保护和生态文明建设,并提出了一系列重要的理论和实践方法。十七大期间确立建设生态文明的工作方向,全民总动员树立绿色环保意识,在资源利用,建设绿色可持续经济等方面提出倡议,将生态文明建设上升到国家层面,这在以往的历史中是前所未有的,于我国乃至全世界的生态文明建设的推进起到了极为深刻的影响,而在十八大上,更是对此项工作的推进加大了力度,并提出了一系列明确的实施要求。生态文明建设战略作为马克思生态文明理论与社会主义建设的融合,应该采取怎样的举措,成为当前我们必须要去讨论和解决的问题。我们在生态文明的建设过程中,加大农村生态建设投入,建立循环农业生产体系;以生态文明思想为指导,构建现代生态文明城市;科学合理控制人口规模,提高人民对环保的认识,建立健全法律规范约束,完善生态文明建设机制;努力实现人与大自然的融合,以及和谐社会人文关系的整体升华。
[Abstract]:The opening of industrial civilization has opened a new era of rapid growth of the global economy. In the process of economic development, human beings ignore the objective laws of nature, exploit resources wantonly and ignore environmental protection, which results in a series of ecological problems such as the worsening of human living environment. How to deal with the increasingly serious ecological crisis has gradually become a problem that all mankind attaches importance to. Marx's thought of ecological civilization has always been the main direction and content of ecological environment scholars and experts. In the era in which Marx lived, capitalism had just begun, the ecological environment problem was not as serious as it is now, and it was restricted by the social and historical conditions and the level of practical development at that time. Marx did not conduct in-depth research on the ecological environment. However, his views on ecological environment are not only limited to his time, but also have a profound impact on the construction of ecological civilization in China. In the process of promoting the construction of a socialist society with Chinese characteristics, the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the relationship between man and nature. In the course of practice, it constantly strengthens environmental protection and the construction of ecological civilization. And put forward a series of important theory and practice method. During the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the work direction of building ecological civilization was established, the whole people mobilized to set up the consciousness of green environmental protection, put forward proposals in the aspects of resource utilization and construction of green and sustainable economy, so as to raise the construction of ecological civilization to the national level. This was unprecedented in the history of the past. It had a profound impact on the development of ecological civilization in China and the world as a whole. At the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the work was even more vigorously promoted. And put forward a series of clear implementation requirements. As the fusion of Marx's theory of ecological civilization and socialist construction, the strategy of ecological civilization construction has become a problem that we must discuss and solve. In the process of ecological civilization construction, we should increase investment in rural ecological construction, establish a circular agricultural production system, construct a modern ecological civilization city under the guidance of ecological civilization, scientifically and reasonably control the population scale, To improve the people's understanding of environmental protection, to establish and perfect the legal norms and constraints, to perfect the construction mechanism of ecological civilization, to achieve the integration of human beings and nature, and to sublimate the humanistic relationship in a harmonious society as a whole.
