【摘要】：舆论工作是意识形态工作的重要组成和载体,是我们党长期执政的重要手段。当前在主流媒体领域,舆论工作应注意以下几个问题:正面宣传的负面效应需要重视;浓郁的"革命"、"夺权"意识需要警觉;多媒体表达能力亟待提高;国际话语体系亟待构建。除了主流媒体存在的问题,在网络和手机等新媒体领域的舆论场上,也有三个突出的问题不时出现:抹黑中国共产党,进而达到否定党的领导目的;搞历史虚无主义,鼓吹全盘西化;负面的社会新闻充斥,影响社会良好风气的建立。加强舆论工作的执政党思维,需要从以下五个方面入手:首先,坚强党对舆论工作的坚强领导毫不动摇;其次,坚持以传播和弘扬社会主义核心价值观为己任;再次,坚持理论自信、道德自信、制度自信以及文化自信;第四,坚持改革创新,增强文化软实力;第五,坚持依法治理,完善管理体系。
[Abstract]:Public opinion work is an important component and carrier of ideological work and an important means for our party to govern for a long time. At present, in the field of mainstream media, public opinion should pay attention to the following problems: the negative effect of positive propaganda needs to be paid attention to, the rich "revolution", the consciousness of "seizing power" need to be alert, the ability of multimedia expression needs to be improved urgently; The international discourse system needs to be constructed. In addition to the problems existing in the mainstream media, there are also three outstanding problems in the field of public opinion in the new media fields, such as the Internet and mobile phones, which have emerged from time to time: smearing the Communist Party of China and thus achieving the goal of denying the Party's leadership; and pursuing historical nihilism. Advocate full westernization; negative social news flooded, affecting the establishment of good social atmosphere. To strengthen the thinking of the ruling party in public opinion work, it is necessary to start from the following five aspects: first, to strengthen the party's strong leadership over the work of public opinion; secondly, to adhere to the task of spreading and carrying forward the core values of socialism; and again, Adhere to the theory confidence, moral confidence, system confidence and cultural confidence; fourth, adhere to reform and innovation, enhance cultural soft power; fifth, adhere to the rule of law, improve the management system.
