马克思早期的正义思想探述

【摘要】：对于正义的追求是每个时代共有的价值目标,是人类崇高的理想和最高的诉求。在人们不断追求正义的过程中,形成了各种不同的正义观,如古希腊、中世纪到近代再到德国古典时期的正义思想都各具时代特色。马克思早期的正义思想是马克思思想的重要组成部分,他是立足于对人的存在状态及人的能动本性的思考,在其早期的思想演进中,从理论正义、政治正义和社会发展正义三个方面逐层深入,展现了这一时段正义思想发展的脉络,挖掘出更深层次的社会问题,指出资本主义社会对人性的磨灭,呼吁社会应当重视人的价值,让人的本性得到自由地展现,使整个社会成为一个“自由人”的联合体。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of justice is the common value goal of every era, the lofty ideal and the highest demand of mankind. In the process of people's pursuit of justice, various views of justice have been formed, such as ancient Greece, from the Middle Ages to modern times to the German classical period. Marx's early just thought is an important part of Marx's thought. He is based on thinking about the state of human existence and man's dynamic nature, and in his early thought evolution, from the perspective of theoretical justice, The three aspects of political justice and social development justice go deep, which shows the development of justice thought in this period, excavates the deeper social problems, and points out that capitalist society has destroyed human nature. The society should pay more attention to the value of human being, let the human nature be freely displayed, and make the whole society a union of free man.
