列宁工人阶级执政党作风建设研究

【摘要】：在领导俄共（布）执政的过程中，列宁针对当时俄国革命和建设的实际情况，围绕工人阶级执政党作风建设问题提出了一系列的思想主张，这些思想主张构成了列宁工人阶级执政党作风建设思想。本文在写作的过程中，以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导，运用历史文献法、历史与逻辑相统一的方法、归纳分析法等方法，结合俄共（布）党风建设的实践，对列宁在原著中所论及的党风建设的思想进行了系统的归纳，并对列宁工人阶级执政党作风建设思想的现实性进行了研究。本文研究的内容包括工人阶级执政党作风建设的战略地位、列宁探索作风建设的历程和思想成果、列宁执政党作风建设的目标、原则和途径。本文研究的重点是列宁执政党作风建设的目标、原则和途径。其中包括执政党作风建设的基本原则，即执政党作风建设始终围绕党的中心任务展开；保持工人阶级先锋队性质是党的作风建设的重要原则；坚持党的领导是工人阶级政党的作风建设的基本原则。执政党作风建设的目标，即建设一支纯洁的党员队伍；建设一个代表人民利益的政党；建设一个团结统一的政党。执政党作风建设的途径，即加强思想教育为执政党作风建设奠定思想基础；加强组织纪律为执政党作风建设提供制度保证；加强权力监督为执政党的作风建设提供制度保障；健全法律体系为执政党作风建设提供法律保证。这些思想主张是列宁在领导俄共（布）进行革命和建设的过程中形成的科学理论，，揭示了工人阶级执政党作风建设的规律。列宁的工人阶级执政党作风建设思想开创了马克思主义工人阶级执政党作风建设理论的先河，对中国共产党加强党的作风建设，促进党风好转具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:During the process of leading the Russian Communist Party ( cloth ) , Lenin put forward a series of ideas about the work style construction of the working class in light of the actual situation of the Russian revolution and construction at that time . These ideas advocated the construction of the ruling style of the ruling party of Lenin ' s working class .

In the process of writing , based on dialectical materialism and historical materialism , this paper systematically sums up the thought of the Party ' s style construction in Lenin ' s work style , including the strategic position of the construction of party style of the working class , the course and the thought achievements of Lenin ' s work style construction , and the goal , principle and means of Lenin ' s ruling style construction .
