【摘要】：作为马克思主义理论指导下的政党,以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人根据马克思主义群众观与中国具体实际相结合,形成了一套系统的理论,从而指导党革命、建设和改革的工作,并取得了成功。人民群众是社会的主体,是经济发展的中坚力量,因此,群众问题向来是党和国家关心的重要问题。群众路线是中国共产党工作的基本路线和根本工作方法,不单在革命战争年代指导党做群众工作,在新的时代也有新的价值。二十一世纪是全面信息化、网络化的时代,群众路线的实践也需要顺应时代的发展,面对信息全面爆炸,中国共产党面临的是新的挑战,也是全新的机遇,能否抓住机遇,更好地实现群众路线,是当下共产党面临的全新的课题。具体内容概述如下:第一章作为绪论,主要将整篇论文研究背景及其意义进行论述,系统地概括并总结了国内外研究现状,简单介绍了论文的研究内容及研究方法,进一步阐明了整篇论文拟解决的关键性问题和创新性。第二章论述了毛泽东群众路线思想。首先对毛泽东群众路线思想的三个来源进行详细分析,梳理其从萌芽到成熟发展的历史轨迹,并将毛泽东群众路线思想的基本内容与党的宗旨和工作方法结合进行论述。第三章论述了改革开放以来以邓小平为核心的党的第二代领导集体、以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体和以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央对群众路线思想科学性地继承与发展。第四章主要选取了十八大以来,中国共产党对于毛泽东群众路线思想的理论创新与实践发展。将坚持人民主体地位、“四个全面”战略思想和“中国梦”进行了论证,并将近期党内开展的群众路线实践教育活动、党风廉政教育活动和“三严三实”教育专题活动为群众路线在新时代的实践发展进行了论述,最后将落脚点放在了网络群众路线思想的发展上,因为随着全球信息化,网络群众路线在当代变得尤为重要。第五章主要论证了群众路线思想在新的时代为党的工作带来的当代启示。随着全球信息化的发展,在新媒体迅速崛起的时代,面对世情、国情、党情、社情的新形势和新变革,毛泽东群众路线思想不再拘泥于传统的媒介传播,而是依托于信息化的网络进行价值引导,对中国共产党而言,这既是挑战又是机遇。群众路线思想要求我们党在新媒体时代继续密切保持同人民群众的血肉联系,为实现“中国梦”凝聚民力,汇聚民智,进而展现毛泽东群众路线思想的伟大光辉。在中国共产党奋斗的这95年的过程中,充分证明了只有坚持群众路线,才能真正做到以群众利益为核心;只有坚持群众路线,才能保持为官廉洁的政治本色;只有坚持群众路线,才能发展创新新的理论和实践;只有坚持群众路线,才能树立坚定的民族信念;只有坚持群众路线,才能实现“中国梦”。
[Abstract]:As a political party under the guidance of Marxist theory, the Chinese Communists, represented by Mao Zedong, combined the Marxist view of the masses with the concrete reality of China and formed a set of systematic theories to guide the Party revolution. Construction and reform have been successful. The masses are the main body of society and the backbone of economic development. The mass line is the basic line and basic working method of the Communist Party of China. It not only guides the Party to do mass work during the revolutionary war, but also has new value in the new era. The 21 century is an era of comprehensive information and networking. The practice of the mass line also needs to conform to the development of the times. In the face of the comprehensive explosion of information, the Communist Party of China is facing new challenges as well as new opportunities. Can we seize the opportunities? Better realization of the mass line is a new issue facing the Communist Party. The specific contents are summarized as follows: the first chapter, as an introduction, mainly discusses the research background and significance of the whole paper, systematically summarizes and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the research content and research methods. Furthermore, the key problems and innovation of the whole paper are expounded. The second chapter discusses the mass line thought of Mao Zedong. Firstly, this paper analyzes the three sources of Mao Zedong's mass line thought in detail, combs the historical track of its development from germination to maturity, and discusses the basic content of Mao Zedong's mass line thought with the Party's aim and working method. The third chapter discusses the second generation of leading collective with Deng Xiaoping as the core, the third generation leading collective with Jiang Zemin as the core and the CPC Central Committee with Hu Jintao as general secretary with scientific inheritance and development of the mass line since the reform and opening up. The fourth chapter mainly selects the 18 th Congress, the Communist Party of China to the Mao Zedong mass line thought theory innovation and the practice development. Will adhere to the people's dominant position, "four comprehensive" strategic thinking and "Chinese Dream" have been demonstrated, and the recent inner-party mass line of practical education activities, The Party style and clean government education activities and the "three strict and three solid" educational special activities have discussed the practical development of the mass line in the new era. Finally, the focus has been placed on the development of the network mass line thought, because with the global informatization, Network mass line becomes particularly important in contemporary times. The fifth chapter mainly demonstrates the contemporary enlightenment of the mass line thought for the Party's work in the new era. With the development of global information, in the era of the rapid rise of new media, in the face of the new situation and new changes of the world, national conditions, party and social conditions, the Mao Zedong mass line thought is no longer confined to the traditional media communication. It is based on the information network to guide the value of the Communist Party of China, this is both a challenge and an opportunity. The thought of mass line requires our party to keep close blood and flesh contact with the masses in the new media era, to unite people's strength and gather people's wisdom in order to realize "Chinese Dream", and then to show the great brilliance of Mao Zedong's thought of mass line. In the course of the CPC's 95 years of struggle, it has fully proved that only by adhering to the mass line, can we truly take the mass interests as the core, and only by adhering to the mass line can we maintain the political essence of being honest and honest as an official; Only by adhering to the mass line can we develop and innovate new theories and practices; only by adhering to the mass line can we establish firm national beliefs; and only by adhering to the mass line can "Chinese Dream" be realized.
