【摘要】：毛泽东民族思想为我党从国家高度制定民族政策起到了重要的指导作用,是我国民族政策方针实行的重要基础。对毛泽东民族思想进行深入理解和分析,一方面,有利于加深我国各民族相互关系的理论认识和把握处理民族问题的脉络,为当今民族关系政策制定和民族问题处理提供符合理论依据。另一方面,可以从民族角度出发,为毛泽东思想的研究提供参考,加深对马克思主义民族理论的深入理解,为马克思主义在新时期与国内现状结合提供理论支撑。本文第一部分对毛泽东的民族思想进行概述,梳理了其民族理论形成的背景和理论渊源,阐释了影响其思想形成的三个方面:中国传统文化中的民族理论;近代民族主义思想;马列主义民族思想。在经过近代国内特殊的时代背景催发下,毛泽东民族思想应运而生。第二部分是关于毛泽东民族思想的内容及特征。包括:民族平等思想;民族区域自治思想;各民族共同发展思想;大力培养少数民族干部思想;尊重少数民族特色思想。这些思想都具有很强的实践性,而且具有依据国内形势变化的灵活性特点,从我国实际情况出发符合国内革命形势的需要,发挥了重要的调节民族关系的作用。第三部分从理论与实践两个角度出发,阐述了毛泽东民族思想的历史贡献。根据新民主主义革命时期和社会主义建设时期两个阶段的具体情况,对国内民族关系以及各民族发展情况等领域都做了总结和深入分析。文章最后对毛泽东民族思想对中国现阶段发展民族关系和解决民族问题具有的当代价值做了分析。指出当前民族理论还需要根据实际情况不断创新和补充,解决民族问题要切实根据我国各民族的实际情况入手,我国各民族的发展需要以发展经济为依托,加强对各民族基础教育力量的建设。
[Abstract]:The national thought of Mao Zedong plays an important guiding role for our party to formulate national policy from the height of our country, and is the important foundation of carrying out the policy of national policy in our country. An in-depth understanding and analysis of Mao Zedong's national thought, on the one hand, is conducive to deepening the theoretical understanding and understanding of the relationship between different nationalities in our country and grasping the context of dealing with national problems. It provides the theoretical basis for the formulation of ethnic relations policy and the handling of ethnic issues. On the other hand, it can provide reference for the study of Mao Zedong's thought from the angle of nationality, deepen the understanding of Marxist national theory, and provide theoretical support for the combination of Marxism and domestic present situation in the new period. The first part of this paper summarizes Mao Zedong's national thought, combs the background and theoretical origin of his national theory, and explains the three aspects that influence the formation of his national theory: the national theory in Chinese traditional culture, the modern nationalism thought, the traditional Chinese culture and the modern nationalism thought. Marxism-Leninist national thought. After the special background of modern China, Mao Zedong national thought came into being. The second part is about the content and characteristics of Mao Zedong's national thought. It includes: the thought of national equality; the thought of national regional autonomy; the thought of the common development of all nationalities; the thought of vigorously cultivating minority cadres; and the thought of respecting the characteristics of ethnic minorities. All of these thoughts have strong practicality and flexibility according to the changes of domestic situation, which accord with the needs of the domestic revolutionary situation and play an important role in regulating the national relations. The third part expounds the historical contribution of Mao Zedong's national thought from two angles of theory and practice. According to the concrete situation of the two stages in the period of new democratic revolution and socialist construction, this paper makes a summary and in-depth analysis of the domestic ethnic relations and the development of various nationalities. Finally, the paper analyzes the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's national thought to the development of ethnic relations and the solution of ethnic problems in China at the present stage. It is pointed out that the current national theory should be innovated and supplemented according to the actual situation, and the national problems should be solved according to the actual conditions of all ethnic groups in our country, and the development needs of all ethnic groups in our country should be based on the development of economy. We will strengthen the building of the basic education forces of all ethnic groups.
