【摘要】：本文立足于新时期加强中国共产党的执政资源建设的政治现实，以如何加强中国共产党的执政资源建设这一问题为研究对象，旨在达到以下目标：第一，通过对执政资源的内涵与外延、特点与分类的研究和界定，，从中寻求一些共性的东西，总结出关于中国共产党的执政资源的特点及加强执政资源建设的意义；第二，总结关于执政资源建设的经验教训，分析我国各个时期执政资源建设的情况，剖析我国执政资源存在的问题以及导致这些问题出现的深层次原因，分析加强中国共产党的执政资源建设的必要性；第三，从理论层面和实践层面出发，深入系统地分析了中国共产党执政资源的建设，以求能够有针对性的提出加强中国共产党执政资源建设的具体方法和有效路径。本文研究重点在于找出新时期中国共产党执政资源存在的问题以及问题产生的原因，并根据这些问题，总结经验教训，探索出加强党的执政资源建设的有效途径。本文的研究难点在于，我国的执政资源问题不是由理论界提出的，而是由党的文件提出的，因此缺乏强有力的理论基础和实践成果。
[Abstract]:This paper, based on the political reality of strengthening the construction of the ruling resources of the Communist Party of China in the new period, aims at how to strengthen the construction of the ruling resources of the Communist Party of China. The aim is to achieve the following objectives: first, through the study and definition of the connotation and extension of the ruling resources, the characteristics and classification of the ruling resources, some common East are sought. In the west, it summarizes the characteristics of the ruling resources of the Communist Party of China and the significance of strengthening the construction of the ruling resources. Second, summarize the experience and lessons of the construction of the ruling resources, analyze the situation of the construction of the ruling resources at various times in our country, analyze the existing problems in our country's ruling resources and the deep reasons that lead to the emergence of these problems. The necessity of strengthening the ruling resources of the Communist Party of China is necessary. Third, from the theoretical and practical levels, the construction of the ruling resources of the Communist Party of China is deeply and systematically analyzed in order to put forward specific methods and effective ways to strengthen the construction of the ruling resources of the Communist Party of China. The focus of this paper is to find out the new time. The existing problems of the ruling resources of the Communist Party of China and the causes of the problems, and according to these problems, summarize the experiences and lessons, and explore the effective ways to strengthen the party's ruling resources construction. The difficulty of this paper is that the problem of our country's ruling resources is not proposed by the theoretical circle, but is put forward by the party's documents and therefore lacks the strength. A powerful theoretical basis and practical results.
