【摘要】：科学发展观蕴含着丰富的人学内涵。它把人的全面发展与社会经济、政治、文化等方面的发展以及实现最广大人民的根本利益紧密结合起来，确立了以人为本的价值观，充分体现了科学发展观的人学底蕴。科学发展观的提出有着深刻的人学基础。首先，西方人本主义为科学发展观的提出提供了有益参考，马克思的人学理论为科学发展观的提出奠定了坚实基础，党的三代领导集体的人学思想为科学发展观提供了重要的理论来源。其二，科学发展观以“现实的人”作为其理论基础和立论前提。马克思主义人学以“现实的人”为理论出发点，科学发展观把“现实的人”作为理论基点，贯彻落实科学发展观的内在动力在于满足“现实的人”的需要。其三，科学发展观的提出是我国现阶段人的现实境遇的迫切需要。改革开放以来，我国社会的剧烈变革和转型，既推动了社会的快速发展，也带来了许多人的发展问题，特别是“以物为本”的发展观对我国人的现实生活境遇产生了极大的负面影响，这就必然要求我们提出“以人为本”的科学发展观。科学发展观极大地发展了中国化马克思主义人学。在中国化马克思主义人学的历史进程中，毛泽东是中国化马克思主义人学的奠基者，邓小平是中国化马克思主义人学的开拓者，江泽民进一步发展了中国化马克思主义人学，科学发展观在新的历史条件下，对中国化马克思主义人学作出了新贡献。主要表现在，科学发展观本质上蕴藏着以人为本的人学内涵，，弘扬了以人为本的人学精神，体现了以人为本的人学价值导向，发展了人的全面发展的理论，凸显了马克思主义人学关于人类永续生存发展的根本利益。科学发展观揭示了人的发展的新理念。这就是人的发展必须遵循“以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的发展”的基本原则。具体看来，主要体现在“四个坚持”和“四个反对”，即坚持以人为本，反对以物为本；坚持全面发展，反对片面发展；坚持协调发展，反对分裂发展；坚持可持续发展，反对间断式发展。科学发展观是推进我国人的全面发展的科学指南。我们要以科学发展观为指导，大力推进我国人的人的全面发展，就必须努力做到：大力发展人本经济，为人的全面发展奠定坚实的物质基础；积极推进素质教育，为人的全面发展注入不竭的内在活力；努力建设政治文明，为人的全面发展提供良好的政治土壤；真正强化精神文明，为人的全面发展创造适宜的精神条件；有效提升生态文明，为人的全面发展开创美好的生存环境。
[Abstract]:The concept of scientific development contains rich connotations of human science. It closely combines the all-round development of human with the development of social economy, politics, culture and the realization of the fundamental interests of the vast majority of the people, establishes the values of people-oriented, and fully embodies the human learning background of the scientific concept of development. The scientific concept of development has a profound foundation of human science. First of all, the western humanism has provided the beneficial reference for the scientific development view, Marx's humanism theory has laid the solid foundation for the scientific development view. The humanism thought of the three generation leading collectives of the Party provides an important theoretical source for the scientific development view. Second, the scientific concept of development takes "realistic person" as its theoretical basis and theoretical premise. Marxist anthropology takes "realistic person" as the theoretical starting point, the scientific development view regards "realistic person" as the theoretical basis point, and the internal motive force of carrying out the scientific development view lies in satisfying the need of "realistic person". Thirdly, the scientific concept of development is the urgent need of human's realistic situation at the present stage of our country. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the drastic changes and transformation in our society have not only promoted the rapid development of the society, but also brought about the development problems of many people. In particular, the concept of "material-oriented" development has had a great negative impact on the people's real life in our country, which will inevitably require us to put forward the "people-oriented" concept of scientific development. The concept of scientific development has greatly developed Marxist humanism in China. In the historical process of Sinicization of Marxist human studies, Mao Zedong is the founder of Sinicized Marxist human studies, Deng Xiaoping is the pioneer of Sinicized Marxist human studies, and Jiang Zemin has further developed Sinicized Marxist humanism. Under the new historical conditions, the scientific concept of development has made a new contribution to the Sinicization of Marxist humanism. The scientific concept of development essentially contains the connotation of humanism, carries forward the spirit of humanism, embodies the value orientation of humanism, and develops the theory of all-round development of human beings. It highlights the fundamental interests of Marxist anthropology on the sustainable survival and development of human beings. The concept of scientific development reveals the new concept of human development. This is the basic principle that human development must be people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable. Specifically, it is mainly reflected in the "four adherence" and "four objections", that is, insisting on people-oriented, opposing material-oriented; insisting on all-round development and opposing one-sided development; insisting on coordinated development, opposing divisive development; and insisting on sustainable development. Against discontinuous development. The concept of scientific development is the scientific guide to promote the all-round development of human beings in China. In order to promote the all-round development of our people under the guidance of the scientific development view, we must strive to: vigorously develop the people-oriented economy, lay a solid material foundation for the all-round development of human beings, and actively promote quality education, We should inject inexhaustible inner vigor into the all-round development of human beings, strive to build political civilization, provide good political soil for the all-round development of human beings, strengthen spiritual civilization and create suitable spiritual conditions for the all-round development of human beings.
