科学发展观视域下的生态文明建设研究

【摘要】：科学发展观蕴含着了生态文明思想。生态文明建设是落实科学发展观的具体体现，本文首先从阐述传统发展观弊端入手，分析了生态危机及其产生的根源，在此基础上阐明了生态文明的产生和基本内涵，并进一步探讨了科学发展观产生的历史背景及其内涵、实质和生态文明意蕴，指出了我国建设生态文明的必然性和重要意义。其次，本文还论证了发展是我国生态文明建设的根本，以人为本是我国生态文明建设的价值取向，全面协调可持续是我国生态文明建设的指导方针。最后，本文指出了当前生态文明建设中存在的主要问题，论述了科学发展观指导下我国加强生态文明应坚持的原则以及目标。在此基础上，本文明确提出了科学发展观指导下我国生态文明建设的路径，主要有树立科学发展观，提高全民族生态文明意识、以科学发展观为指导大力发展循环经济和贯彻落实科学发展观，推进环境法制建设三个大方面。
[Abstract]:The concept of scientific development contains the thought of ecological civilization. The construction of ecological civilization is the concrete embodiment of carrying out the scientific development view. This paper begins with the exposition of the disadvantages of the traditional concept of development, analyzes the ecological crisis and its origin, and on this basis clarifies the emergence and basic connotation of the ecological civilization. Furthermore, this paper discusses the historical background and connotation, essence and implication of ecological civilization of scientific development concept, and points out the inevitability and significance of constructing ecological civilization in China. Secondly, this paper also demonstrates that development is the foundation of the construction of ecological civilization in China, people-oriented is the value orientation of the construction of ecological civilization in China, and overall coordination and sustainability is the guiding principle of the construction of ecological civilization in China. Finally, this paper points out the main problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization at present, and discusses the principles and objectives of strengthening ecological civilization in China under the guidance of scientific development view. On the basis of this, this paper clearly puts forward the path of ecological civilization construction under the guidance of scientific development view, which mainly includes setting up scientific development view and raising the consciousness of ecological civilization of the whole nation. Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, it is necessary to vigorously develop circular economy and carry out scientific development view, and to promote the construction of environmental legal system.
