基层落实“四个全面”若干问题探讨

【摘要】："四个全面"战略布局落实到基层,是党的思想路线、群众路线的根本要求,也是习近平总书记治国理政思想的根本体现。基层在落实"四个全面"过程中基于自身利益,可能会出现若干问题,即敷衍落实、选择落实、歪曲落实、错误落实等情况。出现这些问题的原因除了一般性因素外,还可能因为对党的十八大精神与"四个全面"关系理解不清、认识不深等因素。基层要落实好"四个全面",必须认真学习"四个全面"的精神实质,制定切实可行的细致方案,加强监督检查,深化干部制度改革。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the "four comprehensive" strategic arrangements at the grassroots level is the fundamental requirement of the Party's ideological line, the mass line, and the fundamental embodiment of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of running a country and managing political affairs. In the course of carrying out "four all-round", some problems may arise in the course of carrying out "four all-round", such as perfunctory implementation, selective implementation, distorted implementation, wrong implementation and so on. Besides general factors, the causes of these problems may also be due to the unclear understanding and understanding of the relationship between the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Party and the "four All-round". In order to carry out the "four comprehensive" well, the grassroots must conscientiously study the spiritual essence of the "four all-round", draw up practical and meticulous plans, strengthen supervision and inspection, and deepen the reform of the cadre system.
