毛泽东培养新型劳动者思想论纲

【摘要】：培养新型劳动者是毛泽东教育思想的重要组成部分,体现了社会主义的本质要求,符合劳动者身心发展的规律。其中关于教育的性质、任务、内容和实现途径等问题,阐明了社会主义建设对劳动者的总体要求,指明了社会主义教育的发展方向。这一思想对当代中国青年的自由而全面发展产生了广泛而深刻的影响。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of new workers is an important part of Mao Zedong's educational thought, which embodies the essential requirements of socialism and accords with the laws of laborers' physical and mental development. Among them, about the nature, task, content and realizing way of education, it clarifies the general requirement of socialist construction to laborers, and points out the developing direction of socialist education. This thought has exerted extensive and profound influence on the free and comprehensive development of contemporary Chinese youth.
