邓小平共同富裕思想的研究

【摘要】：共同富裕是全体人民通过辛勤劳动和相互帮助最终达到丰衣足食的生活水平，是社会主义的本质规律和奋斗目标，是建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要内容之一。邓小平对共同富裕思想的发展做出了巨大贡献。 邓小平共同富裕思想是时代的产物。二十世纪后半叶，国际国内形势发生了重大变化，和平与发展成为新的时代主题。以邓小平为核心的第二代党中央领导集体，，充分分析国际形势，针对国内长期以来的“左”倾错误思想，对社会主义的本质做了充分的分析，得出贫穷不是社会主义。邓小平共同富裕思想就是在这样的时代背景下形成的。党的十一届三中全会确立了以经济建设为中心的基本路线，作出了实行改革开放的重大决策，开始了全国人民走向共同富裕的征程。 社会主义的本质是解放生产力，发展生产力，消灭剥削，消除两极分化，最终达到共同富裕。因此，实现共同富裕是一个由部分到整体、从低层次到高层次的渐进过程。在这一过程中，难免会出现这样或那样的问题，比如“效率与公平”的关系、“好”与“快”的关系等等。 目前，中国共产党新一代领导集体正在坚持“以人为本”的科学发展观，全面建设小康社会、社会主义和谐社会，努力实现邓小平共同富裕的伟大理想。
[Abstract]:Common prosperity is the essential law and goal of socialism and one of the important contents of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping made great contributions to the development of the idea of common prosperity. Deng Xiaoping's idea of common prosperity is the product of the times. In the second half of the 20th century, the international and domestic situation changed greatly, and peace and development became the new theme of the times. Taking Deng Xiaoping as the core, the leading collective of the second generation of CPC Central Committee fully analyzes the international situation, and makes a full analysis of the essence of socialism in view of the "left" and wrong thinking in our country for a long time, and concludes that poverty is not socialism. Deng Xiaoping's idea of common prosperity was formed in such an era. The third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee established the basic line of taking economic construction as the center, made the important decision of carrying out the reform and opening up, and began the journey of the people of the whole country towards common prosperity. The essence of socialism is to liberate productive forces, develop productive forces, eliminate exploitation, eliminate polarization, and finally achieve common prosperity. Therefore, the realization of common prosperity is a gradual process from part to whole, from low level to high level. In this process, there are inevitably some problems, such as the relationship between efficiency and fairness, good and fast, and so on. At present, the new generation of leading collectives of the Communist Party of China are adhering to the scientific development view of "people-oriented", building a well-off society in an all-round way, building a harmonious socialist society, and striving to realize the great ideal of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping.
