论邓小平的公平观

【摘要】：追求和实现公平始终是人类社会具有永恒意义的价值目标。在历史发展的过程中,公平观念遵循着否定之否定的规律,由最初原始的公平到封建的资本主义的不公平,再到共产主义的公平,这必然贯穿于人类整个历史。邓小平一方面继承并发展马克思、恩格斯以及毛泽东思想的公平思想,另一方面坚持辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义基本原理,解放思想,实事求是,从经济公平、政治公平、文化公平三个层面对中国特色社会主义如何实现社会公平进行深入的分析,从而形成适合我国发展的公平观体系。文章由三个部分组成：第一部分主要从邓小平公平观的理论来源、历史背景、现实背景三方面阐述了邓小平公平观形成的背景；第二部分主要分析邓小平公平观的基本内容,将邓小平的公平观分解为其经济公平思想、政治公平思想以及文化公平思想；第三部分为邓小平公平观对构建社会主义和谐社会的启示。根据邓小平公平观的基本内容,从构建社会主义和谐社会过程中所存在的不公平现象及其原因进行分析,获得了培养社会主义公平道德观念、发展生产力、加强法制建设、加强以改善民生为重点的社会建设四个根本途径来促进社会公平的实现。因此,认真分析和研究邓小平社会主义的公平观,对于贯彻落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,缩小百姓的贫富差距,保证国家持续稳定的发展,具有极其重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The pursuit and realization of fairness has always been the eternal value goal of human society. In the course of historical development, the concept of fairness follows the law of negation, from the original fairness to the feudal capitalism, and then to the communist justice, which is bound to run through the whole history of mankind. On the one hand, Deng Xiaoping inherits and develops the fair thought of Marx, Engels and Mao Zedong; on the other hand, he adheres to the basic principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, emancipates the mind and seeks truth from facts, and from the angle of economic equity and political fairness, The three levels of cultural equity make an in-depth analysis of how socialism with Chinese characteristics realizes social equity, thus forming a fair view system suitable for the development of our country. The article is composed of three parts: the first part mainly expounds the background of the formation of Deng Xiaoping fair view from three aspects: the theoretical source, historical background and realistic background; the second part mainly analyzes the basic content of Deng Xiaoping fair view. The third part is the enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's fair view to the construction of socialist harmonious society. According to the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's concept of fairness, this paper analyzes the unfair phenomenon and its causes in the process of constructing a harmonious socialist society, and obtains the cultivation of socialist fair moral concept, the development of productive forces and the strengthening of legal system construction. Strengthen the social construction focusing on improving the people's livelihood to promote the realization of social equity. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze and study the fair view of Deng Xiaoping socialism, to carry out the scientific development view, to build a harmonious socialist society, to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor of the people, and to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the country.
