邓小平共同富裕思想及其当代实践

【摘要】：自从人类社会诞生以来，共同富裕就成为人们孜孜不倦的追求。改革开放的总设计师邓小平依据二十世纪后半叶国际国内复杂多变的形势提出了自己的共同富裕思想；国内方面，受到长期“平均主义”的影响，我国人民变得愈加贫穷；国际上，经济全球化趋势初现，以经济为核心的综合国力较量占据上风，此时，邓小平共同富裕思想应运而生，，符合中国人民的利益诉求。当前，我国整体经济总量大幅度提升，位居世界第二位，但人均经济总量却与发达国家差距较大。因此，实现共同富裕成为我党社会主义建设的重要目标，同时也成为当前学术界研究的热点。 马克思主义的共同富裕思想要追溯到十九世纪，马克思恩格斯对共同富裕进行历史唯物阐述，并为其实现找到了一条康庄大道；列宁斯大林实践了共同富裕思想；毛泽东继承了马克思主义，但其对共同富裕的实践探索并没有获得成功；中国传统历史上，人们对共同富裕进行过描述，但由于受制于当时的社会条件，都没有达到目标。邓小平就是在吸收前人经验和教训的基础上，推陈出新，陈述了其科学的共同富裕思想。邓小平共同富裕思想意蕴丰富，他强调了共同富裕的社会制度属性；寻找其实现途径，积淀生产力基础，提防出现贫富差距，落实其实现关键。邓小平之后的中央领导集体以邓小平共同富裕思想意蕴为着力点，并为共同富裕的实现做出了艰辛的探索，夯实共同富裕的制度基础，统筹区域发展与城乡发展，切实改善民生；加快转变经济发展方式，推动生产力发展；加强共同富裕文化建设。综上所述，研究邓小平共同富裕思想对当前推动共同富裕具有重大的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of human society, common prosperity has become the tireless pursuit of people. Deng Xiaoping, the chief designer of reform and opening up, put forward his idea of common prosperity according to the complicated and changeable situation in the second half of the 20th century, and at home, influenced by the "egalitarianism" for a long time, the people of our country became poorer and poorer. In the world, the trend of economic globalization is beginning to appear, and the comprehensive national strength with economy as the core has gained the upper hand. At this time, the idea of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping emerges as the times require, which is in line with the interests of the Chinese people. At present, the overall economic volume of our country has greatly increased, ranking second in the world, but the per capita economic aggregate is far behind that of the developed countries. Therefore, the realization of common prosperity has become an important goal of our party's socialist construction, but also become a hot spot of academic research. The thought of common prosperity of Marxism dates back to the nineteenth century. Marx and Engels made a historical exposition of common prosperity and found a way to realize it, Lenin and Stalin practiced the thought of common prosperity. Mao Zedong inherited Marxism, but his practical exploration of common prosperity did not succeed. In the traditional history of China, people described common prosperity, but because of the social conditions at that time, they did not reach the goal. On the basis of absorbing the previous experiences and lessons, Deng Xiaoping introduced the old and stated his scientific thought of common prosperity. Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity is rich in implication, he emphasizes the social system attribute of common prosperity, finds the way to realize it, accumulates the foundation of productive forces, guard against the gap between rich and poor, and implements the key to realize it. After Deng Xiaoping, the central leading group focused on the idea of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping, and made arduous exploration for the realization of common prosperity, consolidated the system foundation of common prosperity, coordinated regional development and urban and rural development. We will improve the people's livelihood; speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development and promote the development of productive forces; and strengthen the construction of a common rich culture. To sum up, the study of Deng Xiaoping thought of common prosperity is of great practical significance to promote common prosperity.
