邓小平优化社会结构思想与实践研究

【摘要】：社会建设与经济、政治、文化建设所取得成果的惠民作用有着明显的相关性。白改革开放以来所进行的社会主义建设,取得了以经济建设为目标的长足进步,但是却长期忽视在社会层面的建设。邓小平在改革开放以及现代化建设初期,并没有放松对社会建设方面的努力。而社会结构是社会建设的基础性因素,邓小平在社会建设过程中注重对社会结构层面的优化,以达到促进社会建设的目的。在社会结构中,区域结构、城乡结构、社会阶层结构是其3大宏观部分,同时也最能反映社会结构的状况。对邓小平在优化社会结构方面的思考和实践进行研究,对现阶段社会结构发展走向的优化有着现实的启示意义。本文以马克思主义理论为指导,采用文献研究法,科学地解读邓小平优化社会结构思想与实践,揭示邓小平的探索实践成果。同时运用综合比较的方法,将邓小平优化社会结构的思想与实践与当时的条件相比较,梳理出产生的缘由,再将这些缘由与现在的实际相比较,找出存在的相同因素,为邓小平优化社会结构思想与实践的成果在现今社会的运用提供可能。还将邓小平优化社会结构的成果与现行的对策相对比,分析各自的利弊得失,为社会结构的合理优化提供有利的借鉴,并在此基础上系统总结其对现实的启示意义。本文分为四个部分,其主要内容如下：第一部分分析邓小平优化社会结构思想产生的理论渊源和现实依据,它的产生是根植于中国传统文化中以及阐述于马恩经典著作中有关于社会结构的思想理论,并在改革开放的实践中不断发展和完善。第二部分具体分析邓小平优化社会结构思想与实践的内容,从当时制约经济发展的区域结构、城乡结构、社会阶层结构这3方面进行内容阐述。优化区域结构思想与实践的内容包括“两个大局”思想；允许一部分人、一部分地区先富起来；西部大开发、开放沿海特区、重视发展少数民族地区。优化城乡结构思想与实践的内容包括在市场经济条件下打破城乡分割状态；充分重视农村社会发展；发展乡镇企业,就地转移农村剩余劳动力。优化社会阶层思想与实践的内容包括让一部分人先富起来；注重不同阶层人员的收入分配；先富帮后富,实现共同富裕。第三部分在分析社会结构失衡现状的基础上分别从优化区域结构、城乡结构、社会阶层结构的角度提出对策。第四部分得出结论。
[Abstract]:Social construction and economic, political and cultural achievements of the benefits of the role of the people have a clear correlation. Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the socialist construction has made great progress with the goal of economic construction, but it has long neglected the construction at the social level. Deng Xiaoping in the reform and opening up and the initial stage of modernization, and did not relax the efforts of social construction. The social structure is the basic factor of the social construction. In the process of social construction, Deng Xiaoping pays attention to the optimization of the social structure, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the social construction. In the social structure, the regional structure, the urban and rural structure, the social stratum structure are the three macroscopical parts, at the same time, they can best reflect the situation of the social structure. The study on the thinking and practice of Deng Xiaoping in optimizing the social structure is of practical significance to the optimization of the development trend of the social structure at the present stage. Under the guidance of Marxist theory and literature research, this paper scientifically interprets the idea and practice of optimizing the social structure of Deng Xiaoping and reveals the practical achievements of Deng Xiaoping. At the same time, by using the method of comprehensive comparison, the thought and practice of optimizing the social structure of Deng Xiaoping are compared with the conditions at that time, and the causes are sorted out, and the same factors are found by comparing these reasons with the present reality. It provides the possibility for the application of the thought and practice of optimizing the social structure of Deng Xiaoping in the present society. In addition, by comparing the achievements of Deng Xiaoping in optimizing social structure with the current countermeasures, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, and provides a beneficial reference for the rational optimization of social structure. On this basis, it systematically summarizes the significance of its enlightenment to reality. This paper is divided into four parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part analyzes the theoretical origin and practical basis of Deng Xiaoping's idea of optimizing social structure. It is rooted in the traditional Chinese culture and elaborated in the classical works of Man about the social structure of the ideological theory, and in the practice of reform and opening up to continue to develop and improve. The second part concretely analyzes the content of Deng Xiaoping's idea and practice of optimizing social structure, from three aspects: regional structure, urban-rural structure and social stratum structure, which restrict the economic development at that time. The contents of the thought and practice of optimizing the regional structure include the idea of "two overall interests"; allowing some people and some regions to become rich first; and opening up the coastal special zones to the western region and attaching importance to the development of minority areas. The contents of the thought and practice of optimizing the structure of urban and rural areas include breaking the state of urban-rural division under the condition of market economy, paying full attention to the development of rural society, developing township enterprises and transferring rural surplus labor force on the spot. The content of optimizing social stratum thought and practice includes making some people get rich first; paying attention to the income distribution of people in different strata; helping the rich first and then rich to realize common prosperity. The third part puts forward the countermeasures from the angle of optimizing the regional structure, the urban and rural structure and the social stratum structure on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the social structure imbalance. The fourth part draws conclusions.
