【摘要】：正人权问题至为复杂,它不仅仅是一个具体的实践问题,更是一个重要的理论问题,或者说,实践践履着理论的价值,而理论规约着实践的方向;如果两者关系处理得好,相得益彰,相互促进;如果处理得不好,人权问题就充满坎坷,歧义纷争。所幸的是,经典作家为我们留下了丰厚的理论遗产。毕生致力于考察和批判资本主义的马克思就对此做过深入的探究,
[Abstract]:The issue of positive human rights is complex. It is not only a concrete practical issue, but also an important theoretical issue, or, in other words, the value of practice, which governs the direction of practice; if the relationship between the two is well handled, Mutually reinforcing and mutually reinforcing, if not handled properly, human rights issues will be full of bumpy and ambiguous disputes.
