【摘要】：毛泽东为人民服务价值观是中国共产党人价值观的核心。是在马克思主义科学理论的指导下,充分吸纳和借鉴了中国传统民本思想以及中国近代资产阶级民主思想的精华,总结出了一系列科学的观点和方法,形成了毛泽东的为人民服务价值观。毛泽东为人服务价值观始终贯穿于毛泽东领导人民群众进行的革命战争和开展社会主义现代化建设的实践活动中。毛泽东为人民服务价值观有着深刻而又丰富的科学内涵,是对马克思主义唯物史观坚持和发展,与中国国情的相结合,对马克思主义中国化做出了的独特贡献,对中国革命战争时期和建国初的社会主义现代化建设时期都发挥了重要的指导作用。随着改革开放的深入,中国特色社会主义事业的不断前进,一些共产党员受到西方资产阶级腐朽思想的影响而意志薄弱,没有加强党性修养,没有树立正确的为人民服务价值观,出现了以权谋私、贪污腐败的行为,严重的损害了党的形象和人民群众的利益。在新时期、新形势下,深入挖掘和研究毛泽东为人民服务价值观,有助于党员干部树立正确的人生观、价值观,有助于党制定实施正确的为人民服务的方针政策。当今时代对毛泽东为人民服务价值观继承和发扬,对于构建和谐社会以及中国特色社会主义现代化建设具有了重要的现实意义。本文以马克思主义为指导,关注毛泽东所处时代的背景和特点,从毛泽东为人民服务价值观的形成和发展入手,揭示出毛泽东为人民服务价值观的基本内容,即为人民群众谋利益的价值取向,“毫不利己,专门利人”的最高准则,群众观点和群众路线,人民公仆的干群理念等相关内容。针对毛泽东为人服务价值观形成和发展过程中的相关问题,以及毛泽东为人民服务价值观的历史地位做出深入探讨,结合时代发展形势,以及当今社会出现的新情况、新问题,对继承和发扬毛泽东为人民服务价值观的重要性和迫切性进行阐述,对于毛泽东为人民服务价值观的与时俱进的理论成果进行总结,分析毛泽东为人民服务价值观的现代民生蕴义。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's value of serving the people is the core of the values of the Chinese Communists. It is under the guidance of Marxist scientific theory that we have fully absorbed and learned from the essence of Chinese traditional people-oriented thinking and modern Chinese bourgeois democratic thought, and summed up a series of scientific viewpoints and methods. Formed Mao Zedong's values of serving the people. Mao Zedong's values of serving people always run through the revolutionary war and the socialist modernization drive led by Mao Zedong. Mao Zedong's values of serving the people have profound and rich scientific connotations, which is a unique contribution to the Sinicization of Marxism by adhering to and developing Marxist historical materialism and combining it with China's national conditions. It has played an important guiding role in the period of Chinese revolutionary war and socialist modernization at the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous progress of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, some Communist Party members have been influenced by the decadent ideas of the Western bourgeoisie and have weak will and have not strengthened their party spirit. Failure to set up the correct values of serving the people, the emergence of abuse of power for personal gain, corruption, seriously damaged the image of the party and the interests of the people. In the new era and under the new situation, it is helpful for party members and cadres to set up correct outlook on life and values and to formulate and implement correct principles and policies of serving the people by digging into and studying Mao Zedong's values of serving the people. In the present era, it is of great practical significance to inherit and carry forward Mao Zedong's values of serving the people and to build a harmonious society and socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. Under the guidance of Marxism, this paper focuses on the background and characteristics of Mao Zedong's era, starting with the formation and development of Mao Zedong's values of serving the people, and reveals the basic contents of the values of Mao Zedong's service to the people. That is, the value orientation of seeking interests for the masses, the highest standard of "not benefiting oneself, the special people", the mass viewpoint and the mass line, the idea of the cadres and the masses of the people's public servants, and so on. In view of the relevant problems in the formation and development of Mao Zedong's values of serving the people and the historical position of Mao Zedong in the values of serving the people, and in the light of the development situation of the times and the new situation in today's society, new problems are also discussed. It expounds the importance and urgency of inheriting and carrying forward Mao Zedong's values of serving the people, and summarizes the theoretical achievements of Mao Zedong in advancing with the times in the values of serving the people. Analyze the modern meaning of Mao Zedong's values of serving the people.
