建国以来毛泽东处理党内矛盾的经验教训研究

【摘要】：在长期的探索和实践过程中,中国共产党在处理党内矛盾方面积累了许多的宝贵经验。毛泽东作为中国共产党、中华人民共和国的创始人和领导者之一,他对于党内矛盾的认识和处理,直接影响着党的建设及中国革命和建设的发展进程。建国以来毛泽东在处理党内矛盾问题上,有经验也有教训。认真总结和吸取其经验教训,更好地把握党内矛盾产生和发展变化的客观规律,不仅是党史研究中的重要任务,也是社会主义现代化建设中加强党的建设的重要课题。 对重大历史问题的把握,本文坚持以中共中央《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》为依据。在对党内矛盾的概念和性质进行科学界定的基础上,本文从探索实践、经验教训和启示三个方面对这一课题进行深入系统地研究。 建国以来毛泽东处理党内矛盾的探索过程可以划分为三个历史时期：1949年至1956年,毛泽东在处理这一时期的党内矛盾过程中采取了正确的方式方法,取得了明显成效,党内关系十分和谐；1957年至1965年,这一时期毛泽东在处理党内矛盾问题上发生了“左”的偏差,但错误仍被限制在一定的范围内；1966年至1976年,这十年“文化大革命”时期,受“左”倾错误思想的影响,毛泽东在处理党内矛盾问题上出现了严重失误。 建国以来毛泽东在处理党内矛盾问题上有经验也有教训。我们既要肯定毛泽东在处理党内矛盾方面所做出的伟大成绩,也要认识到失误之处,并认真分析其原因,总结经验教训,从而有助于更好地促进党内和谐,推动党建工作。其中,基本经验主要总结为：承认党内矛盾存在的长期性；针对不同性质的矛盾,采取正确的解决方式；正确开展批评与自我批评；坚决反对党内错误倾向；执政党要以整风的方式来促进党内矛盾的妥善解决。深刻教训主要总结为：避免“左”倾错误思想；避免将党内不同认识的分歧上升到阶级斗争的高度；不宜采取群众运动的方式来解决党内矛盾。 建国以来毛泽东处理党内矛盾的经验教训给我们新时期解决党内矛盾问题带来了许多现实启示。注重加强党员队伍的思想教育,有助于保持党的先进性；注重加强党内民主建设,有助于提高党员的积极性；以整风的精神开展理论学习,有助于新时期党内矛盾的妥善解决；不断创新解决党内矛盾的方式方法,有助于完善解决党内矛盾的体制机制。
[Abstract]:In the long-term exploration and practice, the CPC has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in dealing with inner-party contradictions. Mao Zedong is one of the founders and leaders of the Communist Party of China and the people's Republic of China. His understanding and handling of inner-party contradictions has a direct impact on the Party building and the development of the Chinese revolution and construction. Mao Zedong has had experience and lessons in handling inner-party contradictions since the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is not only an important task in the study of party history, but also an important task to strengthen the Party's construction in the socialist modernization construction to conscientiously sum up and draw lessons from its experiences and lessons, and to better grasp the objective law of the emergence and development of inner-party contradictions. On the basis of the CPC Central Committee's Resolution on the Party's Historical problems since the founding of the people's Republic of China. On the basis of scientifically defining the concept and nature of inner-party contradictions, this paper makes a deep and systematic study of this subject from three aspects: exploration practice, experience, lessons and enlightenment. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, Mao Zedong's exploration process of dealing with inner-party contradictions can be divided into three historical periods: from 1949 to 1956, Mao Zedong adopted correct ways and methods in dealing with inner-party contradictions in this period, and achieved remarkable results. Relations within the Party were very harmonious; between 1957 and 1965, Mao Zedong had a "left" deviation in dealing with inner-party contradictions, but his mistakes were still limited to a certain extent; from 1966 to 1976, during the "Cultural Revolution" of the decade, Influenced by the "left" deviation, Mao Zedong made serious mistakes in dealing with inner-party contradictions. Mao Zedong has had experience and lessons in handling inner-party contradictions since the founding of the people's Republic of China. We should not only affirm Mao Zedong's great achievements in dealing with inner-party contradictions, but also recognize the mistakes, carefully analyze the causes, sum up experience and lessons, thus contributing to the better promotion of inner-party harmony and the promotion of party building. Among them, the basic experience is summarized as follows: acknowledging the long-term nature of inner-party contradictions; taking correct solutions to contradictions of different natures; correctly carrying out criticism and self-criticism; firmly opposing the tendency of inner-party errors; The ruling party should promote the proper resolution of inner-party contradictions by means of rectification. The deep lessons are summarized as follows: avoiding the wrong thought of "left" deviation; avoiding raising the differences of understanding within the Party to the height of class struggle; and not adopting the way of mass movement to solve the inner-party contradictions. Mao Zedong's experience and lessons in dealing with inner-party contradictions since the founding of the people's Republic of China have brought us a lot of practical enlightenment in solving inner-party contradictions in the new period. Paying attention to strengthening the ideological education of the Party members helps to maintain the advanced nature of the Party, strengthening the democratic construction within the party, helping to improve the enthusiasm of the Party members, carrying out theoretical study in the spirit of rectification, and helping to properly solve the contradictions within the Party in the new period. Constantly innovating the ways and methods of solving inner-party contradictions is helpful to perfect the institutional mechanism of inner-party contradictions.
