列宁关于执政党处理与农民关系的思想研究

【摘要】：列宁执政时期的俄国,农村人口占全国人口的大多数。俄共(布)能否妥善处理自身同广大农民的关系,直接关系到党的执政地位能否长久巩固。伟大的无产阶级革命导师列宁作为在国际共产主义运动史上使无产阶级专政由理论走向实践的第一人,在继承马克思、恩格斯关于农民问题已有思想和批判吸收其他思想家相关思想的基础上,基于对俄共(布)执政实际的深刻认识,提出了其独特的执政党处理与农民关系的思想。列宁认为,执政党要妥善处理同农民的关系,争取农民的认同和支持,就必须在制定政策时体现广大农民的利益和意志,向农民作出必要的让步；要通过与农民结成巩固的经济联盟的方式来争取农民在政治上的支持；要通过切实提高农民的文化水平和政治素质来增强农民的社会主义觉悟,争取农民对党的路线方针政策的认同；要努力提高党的农村工作者的工作能力和工作水平,严格防范和处理农村工作者的违法乱纪现象。列宁这一思想的提出,不仅具有重要的理论意义和历史意义,而且对于当前我党正确处理同广大农民的关系具有重要的启示意义。
[Abstract]:In Russia under Lenin's rule, the rural population accounted for the majority of the country's population. Whether the Russian Communist Party (Brazzaville) can properly handle its relations with the broad masses of peasants is directly related to whether the ruling position of the Party can be consolidated for a long time. Lenin, the great revolutionary mentor of the proletariat, as the first man who made the dictatorship of the proletariat move from theory to practice in the history of the international communist movement, is inheriting Marx. On the basis of Engels' thought on farmers and his criticism of other thinkers, and on the basis of a profound understanding of the actual situation of the ruling party of Russia (Brazzaville), the author puts forward his unique thought of dealing with the relationship between the ruling party and the peasants. Lenin believed that in order to properly handle the relationship with the peasants and win their approval and support, the ruling party must reflect the interests and will of the peasants in formulating policies and make necessary concessions to the peasants. We should strive for the peasants' political support by forming a strong economic alliance with the peasants, and enhance the peasants' socialist consciousness by improving their cultural level and political quality. It is necessary to strive for farmers' approval of the Party's line, principles and policies, to strive to improve the working ability and work level of the party's rural workers, and to strictly guard against and deal with the phenomenon of violations of law and discipline by rural workers. Lenin's thought not only has important theoretical and historical significance, but also has important enlightenment significance for our Party to correctly deal with the relationship with the broad masses of peasants.
