建国初期毛泽东工作方法思想研究

【摘要】：毛泽东是近代中国历史上著名的思想家和政治家。建国初期,他特别重视工作方法对正确完成工作任务的重要性作用,并对此有过很多重要的阐述。1958年,毛泽东著名的《工作方法六十条(草案)》对工作方法问题作了极为系统的阐述与总结,这对建国后党的各项工作任务的完成起到了积极的促进作用。研究毛泽东工作方法特别是建国初期国家进行经济建设时期的工作方法对当今党和政府的工作方法的进一步提升有着重要的启示价值和借鉴意义。本文也正是基于这一原因,主要就建国初期的毛泽东工作方法思想进行了探讨,并做了较为深入系统的研究阐述。本文分绪论、正文和结语三部分。首先,绪论部分界定了本文的研究对象和范围,介绍了本文选题的意义及目的、国内外研究综述及研究方法等内容。其次,正文分四章,从四个方面进行全文论点的阐述。第一章阐述了毛泽东全面统筹、抓重点的工作方法,主要从立足全局统筹兼顾、激活局部抓重点及依据事物发展的阶段性特征调整工作重点的角度进行阐述。第二章阐述了毛泽东调动一切积极因素、争取支持力量的工作方法。主要从调动一切积极因素和广泛的团结、引导支持力量两个角度进行阐述。第三章阐述了毛泽东正确地制定、实行政策和策略的工作方法。主要从从实际情况出发、注重政策原则性与灵活性的相结合及鼓励地方创新三角度进行分析。第四章阐述了毛泽东工作方法的当代价值及启示作用。最后,结论部分对全文做了总结。归纳概括起来,本文把建国初期毛泽东的工作方法总分为四大块进行研究,以期较为条理地概括毛泽东工作方法的精华,并在全文结尾处将其升华,用于指导今天党的工作,改进今天党的工作方法与提升党的执政能力,进行中国特色社会主义国家的伟大建设。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong is a famous thinker and politician in modern Chinese history. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, he attached great importance to the importance of working methods to the correct completion of work tasks, and made many important expositions about them. Mao Zedong's famous "working methods 60 (draft)" made a very systematic elaboration and summary of the working methods, which played a positive role in promoting the completion of the Party's various work tasks after the founding of the people's Republic of China. The study of Mao Zedong's working methods, especially in the period of national economic construction in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, has important enlightening value and reference significance for the further improvement of the working methods of the Party and the government. Based on this reason, this paper mainly discusses Mao Zedong's thought of working methods in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, and makes a deep and systematic study on it. This article is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. First, the introduction defines the research object and scope of this paper, introduces the significance and purpose of this paper, domestic and foreign research review and research methods. Secondly, the text is divided into four chapters, from four aspects of the full text of the argument. The first chapter expounds Mao Zedong's working method of overall planning and emphasis, mainly from the point of view of basing on overall planning, activating partial focus and adjusting the work focus according to the stage characteristics of the development of things. The second chapter expounds Mao Zedong's working methods of mobilizing all positive factors and striving for supporting forces. Mainly from the mobilization of all positive factors and broad unity, guidance and support from two angles. The third chapter expounds Mao Zedong's working methods of formulating and implementing policies and strategies correctly. From the point of view of actual situation, this paper focuses on the combination of policy principle and flexibility and encourages local innovation. Chapter four expounds the contemporary value and enlightening function of Mao Zedong's working methods. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the full text. To sum up and sum up, this paper divides Mao Zedong's working methods in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China into four chunks, in order to summarize the essence of Mao Zedong's working methods in a more methodical way, and sublimate them at the end of the paper to guide the work of the Party today. To improve the working methods of the Party today and to enhance the Party's ruling ability, and to carry out the great construction of the socialist country with Chinese characteristics.
