【摘要】：改革开放以来，马克思主义在中国经历了一次次创新与发展，产生了一系列理论成果，这些理论成果不断推进着我国社会主义现代化建设的顺利开展，我们党在中国特色社会主义建设的过程中，始终坚持马克思主义，坚持社会主义，始终能够把马克思主义与中国的实际国情相结合，在时代发展、历史进步的潮流中不断创造出马克思主义中国化理论新成果。 学习、研究马克思主义中国化就是为了在不断变化的时代潮流中，把握马克思主义中国化理论的理论价值，掌握其精髓和实质，指导中国不断变化的特色社会主义事业，坚定不移的将其作为党的指导思想，指导我们党应对新的时代挑战和历史课题，继往开来，推进社会主义现代化建设的不断发展。 本篇文章从阐述改革开放以来马克思主义中国化过程中产生的理论成果出发，在第二章对邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观这三大理论的产生背景、形成过程以及其在马克思主义中国化历程中的贡献做了简单的论述。 这三大理论的先后产生与发展具有继承与创新的关系，他们是秉承传统与理论创新的统一，是历史必然性与理论必然性的统一，，这是三大理论发展的内在逻辑，也是未来马克思主义中国化理论继续发展、创新的思路与根本之所在。第三章主要从秉承传统与理论创新的统一、历史必然性与理论必然性的统一这两方面入手，对其发展之间的内在逻辑关系进行阐述与比较。 只有在掌握马克思主义中国化理论发展的内在发展逻辑基础上，深入剖析这一发展背后的原因与动力，才能够更好的为将来马克思主义中国化理论的进一步发展，为中国特色社会主义的继续推进创造条件，才能够更好的推进社会主义事业的新发展。因此，在本文的第四章从思想解放、政治保障、经济奠基、文化基础、实践动力五个方面对这一时期产生如此辉煌理论成就的原因进行了剖析与归纳，以寻求在未来的发展道路中更好为发展马克思主义中国化理论创造条件、奠定基础。 分析马克思主义中国化理论成果的逻辑、成因是为了更好的从中吸取党在建设社会主义过程中，发展创新马克思主义理论的经验与教训，道路是曲折的，前途是辉煌的，只有站在巨人的肩上，我们党才能带领着中国人民看的更高，走的更远。因此，本篇论文写作的主要目的与意义是在总结前人经验、教训的基础上分析新时期继续推进马克思主义中国化的基本经验。这也是第五章论证的主要内容，在这一部分主要从坚持继承与发展创新、顺应时代潮流与立足国情，马克思主义基本原理与中国优秀文化传统，思想解放与思想统一，党的建设与党的领导，总结反思与升华创新六个角度进行了剖析与论证，分析了新时期我党带领人民继续推进社会主义事业发展的关键。 当前，我国已经进入了发展的关键与改革的攻坚时期，对改革开放以来的马克思主义中国化理论进行科学的总结和概括，把握其不同时期的发展历程与相互间的逻辑关系，分析它不断发展的原因，总结马克思主义中国化理论成果发展的经验与启示，对于我们进一步理解和运用马克思主义，发展马克思主义，发展中国特色社会主义有着重要的理论与现实意义。
