【摘要】：正得人心者得天下。党群关系始终是党的生命所在,也是国运所系。反思国际共运史和世界政治史,分析当前世情、国情、党情的深刻变化,我们必须高度警醒党群关系面临的新挑战,主动适应我国社会深刻变革中的要求,巩固和加强党与人民群众的血肉联系。一、我国社会深刻变革使党群关系面临新情况新挑战改革开放以来,我国发生了经济体制从计划转向市场、国家治理从人治转向法治、人民生活从温饱型转向全面小康、对外交往从基本封闭转向全方位开放、社会生产生活方式和政治文化意识由单一转
[Abstract]:Those who are popular win the world. The relationship between the Party and the masses has always been the life of the Party and is also a branch of the National Games. To reflect on the history of the international communist movement and the history of world politics, and to analyze the profound changes in current world conditions, national conditions, and party feelings, we must be highly alert to the new challenges facing party-mass relations and take the initiative to adapt to the requirements of profound changes in our society. Consolidate and strengthen the blood and flesh ties between the Party and the masses of the people. First, since the profound social changes in our country have brought new circumstances and challenges to the relationship between the Party and the masses, since the reform and opening up, China's economic system has shifted from planning to the market, national governance from the rule of man to the rule of law, and the people's livelihood from the type of food and clothing to an overall well-off society. From the basic closure to the all-around opening, the social production and life style and the political and cultural consciousness have changed from a single one to a single one.
