中国共产党政党意识的演变探析

【摘要】：长期以来,由于各方面的原因,学术界对于中国共产党的政党意识研究只停留在相近概念的探讨上,并未对其进行直接的研究,也没有形成相应的学科体系。中国共产党政党意识作为一种社会意识能够反作用于中国共产党这一社会存在,因此,对于中国共产党的政党意识的研究是很重要的。本文首先对政党意识、革命党意识、执政党意识和执政意识这几个概念进行阐述,结合中国共产党的实际将政党意识、执政党意识和执政意识这几个学界易于混淆的概念进行层次的区分；其次,分两个部分着重论述中国共产党政党意识内容的演变过程,其中包括对党的政党意识的产生、发展、曲折前进以及成熟四个阶段的划分,对每一阶段所包含的党的政党意识内容进行历史性和理论性依据的探讨；最后,对中国共产党政党意识的演变原因进行探析,指出党的政党意识对党的建设的作用,同时提出了对其进行培育的具体途径。中国共产党的政党意识包含了革命党意识和执政党意识两大块内容,其中,执政意识又包含在执政党意识内容当中。中国共产党的政党意识历经产生、发展、曲折前进以及成熟四个阶段,在革命和改造时期形成了党的革命党意识内容,在社会主义建设时期又形成了党的执政党意识内容,两部分内容整合起来构成了中国共产党的政党意识内容,两部分内容的演变过程即为中国共产党的政党意识的演变过程。中国共产党政党意识的演变原因主要包括党在不同的历史时期所面临的生存执政环境不同、对自身的定位不同和党所掌握的执政资源不同三方面。
[Abstract]:For a long time, due to various reasons, the academic research on the party consciousness of the Communist Party of China has not been directly studied, nor has it formed a corresponding discipline system. As a kind of social consciousness, the party consciousness of the Communist Party of China can counteract the existence of the society of the Communist Party of China, so it is very important to study the party consciousness of the Communist Party of China. This paper first expounds the concepts of political party consciousness, revolutionary party consciousness, ruling party consciousness and ruling consciousness, and combines the reality of the Communist Party of China with the political party consciousness. The concept of ruling party consciousness and ruling consciousness, which are easily confused in academic circles, are divided into different levels. Secondly, it focuses on the evolution process of the CPC's party consciousness in two parts, including the generation, development, twists and turns of the party consciousness, and the division of the four stages of maturity. The historical and theoretical basis of the content of the party consciousness included in each stage is discussed. Finally, the paper analyzes the reasons for the evolution of the party consciousness of the Communist Party of China, points out the role of the party consciousness in the party building, and puts forward the specific ways to cultivate the party consciousness. The party consciousness of the Communist Party of China contains two parts: the revolutionary party consciousness and the ruling party consciousness, among which, the ruling consciousness is also included in the ruling party consciousness. The party consciousness of the Communist Party of China has undergone four stages, namely, the emergence, development, twists and turns, and maturity. In the period of revolution and transformation, the content of the Party's revolutionary party consciousness has been formed, and in the period of socialist construction, the Party's ruling party consciousness content has been formed. The integration of the two parts constitutes the content of the party consciousness of the Communist Party of China, and the evolution process of the two parts is the evolution process of the political party consciousness of the Communist Party of China. The reasons for the evolution of the CPC's political party consciousness mainly include three aspects: the Party faces different living and ruling environments in different historical periods, its own orientation is different and the party has different ruling resources.
