“以人为本”的时代内涵及实践思维

【摘要】："以人为本"作为一项治国理念,曾经被古今中外许多执政者作为重要的执政理念。马克思主义也包含有丰富的"以人为本"的思想。以习近平为核心的新一届领导集体非常重视人民的重要作用,党的十八大以来,如何保障人民的权益,实现人的自由全面发展,始终是我们党治国理政的核心。文章以马克思主义人本思想为理论依据,深刻剖析"以人为本"的深层涵义,为十八大以来在新的历史机遇下如何实现"以人为本"提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:As an idea of governing a country, people-oriented has been regarded as an important governing idea by many rulers at all times and all over the world. Marxism also contains a wealth of "people-oriented" thought. The new leading collective with Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the important role of the people. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, how to protect the rights and interests of the people and realize their free and all-round development has always been the core of our party's governing and administration. On the theoretical basis of Marxist humanistic thought, this paper deeply analyzes the deep meaning of "people-oriented", and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to realize "people-oriented" under the new historical opportunity since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
