科学发展观的辩证法思想研究

【摘要】：自2003年党的十六届三中全会提出科学发展观之后,党的十七大报告对科学发展观的深刻内涵与精神实质作了权威阐述,指出科学发展观的第一要义是发展,核心是以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续,根本方法是统筹兼顾。2012年党的十八大报告又将科学发展观作为我们党的指导思想。任何一个科学理论的诞生,都有其产生和发展的历史背景,科学发展观也不例外。本文从理论渊源、时代背景和现实依据三个方面,全面系统分析科学发展观及其辩证法思想的产生依据。科学发展观的基本内涵,闪烁着马克思主义唯物辩证法的光辉。本文从科学发展观的基本内涵入手,全面剖析其所蕴藏的深刻的辩证法思想,包括“发展是第一要义”的辩证法思想、“以人为本”的辩证法思想、“全面协调可持续”的辩证法思想、“统筹兼顾”的辩证法思想。科学发展观,与马克思主义哲学理论和中国化的马克思主义理论体系是一脉相承而又与时俱进的关系。科学发展观所蕴含的深刻的辩证法思想,也是对后两种理论关于辩证法思想的继承和突破。对于这一方面的问题,本文也作了系统研究。科学发展观的辩证法思想,是对当今中国社会现实的辩证思考,是对我国社会主义建设规律和经验的新概括,是解决现阶段我国矛盾和危机的关键,也是对国内外新形势和新要求的系统回应。全面理解和研究科学发展观的辩证法思想,具有重要的当代启示。本文从统筹当前中国经济、政治、文化、社会和生态发展的五个方面,对科学发展观辩证法思想的当代价值与启示进行全面阐述。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of scientific development in 2003, the report of the 17th National Congress of the Party has made an authoritative exposition on the profound connotation and spiritual essence of the concept of scientific development, pointing out that the first key point of the concept of scientific development is development, the core of which is people-oriented. The basic requirement is overall coordination and sustainability, and the fundamental method is overall consideration. In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party in 2012, the scientific concept of development was taken as the guiding ideology of our party. The birth of any scientific theory has its historical background of production and development, and the scientific development view is no exception. From three aspects of theoretical origin, background of the times and realistic basis, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the scientific concept of development and the basis of its dialectical thought. The basic connotation of the scientific concept of development flashes the brilliance of Marxist materialist dialectics. Starting with the basic connotation of the scientific concept of development, this paper comprehensively analyzes its profound dialectic thought, including the dialectical thought that "development is the first meaning" and the dialectical thought of "putting people first". The dialectic thought of "overall coordination and sustainability" and the dialectic thought of "overall consideration". The scientific concept of development is closely related to Marxist philosophy theory and Chinese Marxist theory system. The profound dialectic thought contained in the scientific development view is also the inheritance and breakthrough of the latter two theories about dialectic thought. For this aspect of the problem, this paper also made a systematic study. The dialectical thought of the scientific development view is a dialectical reflection on the present Chinese social reality, a new summary of the laws and experiences of our socialist construction, and a key to solving the contradictions and crises in our country at present. It is also a systematic response to new situations and requirements at home and abroad. Understanding and studying the dialectic thought of the scientific development view in an all-round way has important contemporary enlightenment. From five aspects of economic, political, cultural, social and ecological development in China, this paper comprehensively expounds the contemporary value and enlightenment of the dialectical thought of the scientific development view.
