论基于马克思主体思想的当代教育者主体性建构

【摘要】：当代教育者主体面临的新挑战赋予了当代教育者主体性以新的要求。只有基于马克思主体本质、价值、实践和全面发展思想,准确把握当代教育主体的时代特性和要求,重新审视当代教育者主体性新变化,重构当代教育者主体以人为本的主体性、核心价值观引领的主体性、创新实践的主体性和与时俱进、全面发展的主体性,才能增强当代教育者主体功能,发挥当代教育者主体作用,激发当代教育者主体的活力,推进"立德树人"和教育治理体系治理能力的现代化。
[Abstract]:The new challenge that contemporary educator subject faces has given contemporary educator subjectivity new request. Only on the basis of Marx's essence, value, practice and all-round development thought, can we grasp the characteristics and requirements of the contemporary educational subject accurately, and re-examine the new changes of the contemporary educator's subjectivity. Only by reconstructing the subjectivity of the main body of contemporary educator, leading by the core values, innovating the subject of practice and keeping pace with the times and developing in an all-round way, can the function of the subject of contemporary education be enhanced. Give full play to the main role of contemporary educators, stimulate the vitality of contemporary educators, and promote the modernization of the governance capacity of the educational governance system.
