【摘要】：马克思恩格斯所提出的"实践成才"的著名论断,认为应该通过实践培养、检验和评判人才。我们要学习马克思主义人才观,着力强化党管人才原则,着力加强人才队伍建设,着力优化人才发展环境,着力创新人才培养使用的体制机制。
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels put forward the famous theory of "becoming talents by practice", which holds that talents should be trained, tested and judged through practice. We should study the Marxist concept of talent, strengthen the party's principle of managing talented people, strengthen the construction of the contingent of talented people, optimize the environment for the development of talents, and make great efforts to innovate the system and mechanism for the cultivation and use of talents.
