毛泽东反腐倡廉思想及其当代价值研究

【摘要】：毛泽东反腐倡廉思想是毛泽东思想理论宝库中的重要内容,是毛泽东同志在领导中国革命和建设过程中不断探索出来的理论和实践成果,是我们党和政府过去、现在、乃至将来进行反腐倡廉建设的指南和法宝。毛泽东反腐倡廉思想不但汲取了中华古代传统反腐倡廉思想中的精髓,同时又继承和发展了马克思主义反腐倡廉思想理论,它具有自己鲜明的特点。以毛泽东同志为代表的党的第一代领导集体,对反腐倡廉建设问题始终高度重视,并对中国社会具体情况进行科学考察、分析,并在此基础上创造性地提出了一系列的反腐倡廉建设的重要理论,从而形成了毛泽东反腐倡廉思想。为此,本文以“反腐倡廉思想”为研究对象,紧扣毛泽东反腐倡廉思想这个核心话题,对毛泽东反腐倡廉思想的理论渊源、发展历程、主要内容及其特点进行论述,从根源上剖析腐败产生的原因及其反腐倡廉建设的必要性,从加强思想教育、民主监督、作风建设、法制建设这四个方面阐述了反腐倡廉建设的基本途径,以建立“任人唯贤”的干部队伍为根本任务,把全心全意为人民服务作为反腐倡廉建设的根本指导思想。并且归纳总结了毛泽东反腐倡廉思想的继承性与创新性、监督性与自律性、理论性与实践性、持久性与根本性的特点,力求做到对毛泽东反腐倡廉思想在宏观上加以把握,从而对我国现阶段的反腐倡廉建设和反腐败斗争提供理论依据和行动指南,进而探索出毛泽东反腐倡廉思想对加强党的建设,巩固党的地位,构建社会主义和谐社会,推进全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的时代价值。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thought of fighting corruption and advocating clean government is an important content in the treasure house of Mao Zedong thought theory, it is the theoretical and practical result that Comrade Mao Zedong has constantly explored in the process of leading the Chinese revolution and construction. It is the past and present of our party and government. Even in the future to carry out the construction of anti-corruption guidelines and magic weapons. Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought not only absorbed the quintessence of the traditional anti-corruption thought in ancient China, but also inherited and developed the Marxist theory of anti-corruption, which has its own distinctive characteristics. The first generation of the Party's leading collective, represented by Comrade Mao Zedong, has always attached great importance to the issue of combating corruption and advocating clean government, and has carried out a scientific investigation and analysis of the specific conditions of Chinese society. On this basis, it creatively puts forward a series of important theories of anti-corruption and building clean government, thus forming Mao Zedong's thought of anti-corruption and advocating clean government. Therefore, this paper takes the thought of fighting corruption and advocating honesty as the research object, closely clings to the core topic of Mao Zedong's thought of fighting corruption and advocating honesty, and discusses the theoretical origin, development course, main content and characteristics of Mao Zedong's thought of fighting corruption and advocating clean government. On the basis of analyzing the causes of corruption and the necessity of anti-corruption construction, this paper expounds the basic ways of anti-corruption construction from the four aspects of strengthening ideological education, democratic supervision, style construction and legal system construction. The fundamental task is to set up a contingent of cadres who are meritocracy and serve the people wholeheartedly as the fundamental guiding ideology in the construction of anti-corruption and clean government. And summed up the inheritance and innovation, supervision and self-discipline, theory and practice, persistence and fundamental characteristics of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption and advocating clean government thought, in order to grasp Mao Zedong's anti-corruption and advocating clean government thought macroscopically. In order to provide theoretical basis and action guide for the construction of anti-corruption and anti-corruption struggle at the present stage of our country, and then explore Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought to strengthen the party construction, consolidate the position of the party, and construct the socialist harmonious society. Promote the building of a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the epoch value of Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
