马克思主义生态思想视阈下我国生态农业建设研究

【摘要】：十七届三中全会明确提出了：“要按照建设生态文明的要求，发展节约型农业、循环农业、生态农业，加强生态环境保护。”为我国在新时期发展现代农业指明了方向。我国是一个发展中的农业大国，既要满足人民日益增长的农产品需求，又要面对自然资源的耗竭和生态环境不断恶化的现状。因此，发展低污染、低能耗、高效率和高效益的可持续的生态农业是我国走农业可持续发展道路的必然选择。作为马克思主义理论重要组成部分的马克思、恩格斯的生态思想，是我们正确认识自然，改造自然的宝贵的精神财富，是在当前形势下走可持续发展道路，建设我国社会主义生态文明的理论指南。对于我国建设生态农业有着非常重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文首先对马克思、恩格斯生态思想的时代背景、理论来源和主要内容做了进一步梳理，以便人们对马克思主义的生态思想有一个整体性了解。其次，对中国化的马克思主义生态观的相关内容进行分析与总结，，特别是对中共历代领导人的生态思想进行一定的归纳和总结，为我国生态农业的建设提供重要的理论支撑和政策引导。再次，论述了我国生态农业建设的现状，发展情况、取得的成绩，制约因素和新时期我国进一步发展生态农业的必要性。最后，结合我国农业基本国情，在马克思主义生态思想的指导与启示下，就如何开展生态农业建设进行相应探讨。在六个方面提出了加强我国生态农业建设的途径，诸如要加强生态农业宣传、提高劳动者素质、发展新型农业合作社、发挥政府的作用、充分借鉴国外先进经验等。力图做到生态农业实践以马克思主义生态思想为指导，特别是以中国化马克思主义生态观为指导，使我国生态农业建设不断开创新的局面。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the following: "according to the requirements of building ecological civilization, we should develop energy-saving agriculture, circular agriculture, ecological agriculture and strengthen ecological environment protection." For our country in the new period to develop modern agriculture pointed out the direction. China is a developing agricultural country, which not only meets the increasing demand of agricultural products, but also faces the depletion of natural resources and the worsening of ecological environment. Therefore, developing sustainable eco-agriculture with low pollution, low energy consumption, high efficiency and high benefit is the inevitable choice of sustainable agricultural development in China. As an important part of Marxist theory, Engels' ecological thought is a valuable spiritual wealth for us to correctly understand and transform nature, and to take the road of sustainable development under the current situation. A theoretical guide to the construction of socialist ecological civilization in China. It has very important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of ecological agriculture in China. In this paper, the background, theoretical sources and main contents of Marx's and Engels' ecological thought are further combed, so that people can have a holistic understanding of Marxist ecological thought. Secondly, to analyze and summarize the relevant contents of the Sinicized Marxist ecological view, especially to sum up the ecological thoughts of the leaders of the past generations of the Communist Party of China. To provide important theoretical support and policy guidance for the construction of ecological agriculture in China. Thirdly, the paper discusses the status quo, development situation, achievements, restrictive factors and the necessity of further development of ecological agriculture in China in the new period. Finally, according to the basic national conditions of agriculture in China and under the guidance and inspiration of Marxist ecological thought, this paper discusses how to develop ecological agriculture construction. In six aspects, the author puts forward some ways to strengthen the construction of ecological agriculture in China, such as strengthening the propaganda of ecological agriculture, improving the quality of laborers, developing new agricultural cooperatives, giving play to the role of the government, and drawing full lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries and so on. The practice of ecological agriculture is guided by Marxist ecological thought, especially by the Marxist ecological view in China, so that the construction of ecological agriculture in China can create a new situation.
