马克思主义生态观视域下我国低碳经济发展路径研究

【摘要】：全球气候变暖已成为当今人类面临的重大问题之一，影响着人们正常的生产、生活，制约着经济社会的可持续发展。人们开始反思“高能耗、高污染、高排放”的传统经济发展模式所带来的生态环境破坏和环境污染。在这种背景下，以“低能耗、低污染、低排放”为主要特征的低碳经济发展模式应运而生，人们试图在经济发展和环境保护之间寻求一种平衡。各国都在积极发展低碳经济，针对本国实际探索低碳经济发展的路径，全世界向低碳经济时代迈进，，我国也迎来了低碳经济发展的新契机。低碳经济的发展是有深厚的理论基础的，其中马克思主义生态观是其最重要的理论来源。低碳经济是在马克思主义生态观相关理论的指导下来看待全球气候变暖的现实问题，力争在解决全球气候变暖问题的同时寻找一条适合我国国情的可持续经济发展模式。实践需要理论的指导，在我国研究低碳经济发展时，回归马克思主义生态观相关理论是十分必要的，在马克思主义生态下研究低碳经济具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文在马克思主义生态观的指导下，论述了低碳经济的内涵和意义，对马克思主义生态观及其发展进行了综述，研究了马克思主义生态观与低碳经济之间的关系；接着分析了我国低碳经济发展的现状与制约因素；总结了世界各国发展低碳经济的实践及对我国的启示；最后在马克思主义生态观的指导下从法律制度、能源结构、产业结构、技术创新、生产消费方式、出口结构等方面阐述了我国低碳经济发展的具体路径。
[Abstract]:Global warming has become one of the major problems facing mankind nowadays, which affects the normal production and life of people and restricts the sustainable development of economy and society. People began to reflect on the ecological environment damage and environmental pollution caused by the traditional economic development mode of "high energy consumption, high pollution and high emission". In this context, a low-carbon economic development model characterized by "low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions" emerged as the times require. People try to find a balance between economic development and environmental protection. Countries are actively developing low-carbon economy, in view of their own reality to explore the path of low-carbon economy development, the world to low-carbon economy era, China also ushered in a new opportunity for low-carbon economy development. There is a deep theoretical foundation for the development of low-carbon economy, of which Marxist ecological view is the most important theoretical source. Low-carbon economy is to look at the reality of global climate warming under the guidance of Marxist ecological theory, and strive to find a sustainable economic development model suitable for China's national conditions while solving the problem of global warming. Practice needs the guidance of theory. When we study the development of low-carbon economy, it is very necessary to return to the relevant theory of Marxist ecological view. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study low-carbon economy under Marxist ecology. Under the guidance of Marxist ecological view, this paper discusses the connotation and significance of low-carbon economy, summarizes the ecological view of Marxism and its development, and studies the relationship between Marxist ecological view and low-carbon economy; Then it analyzes the present situation and restricting factors of the development of low-carbon economy in our country, summarizes the practice of developing low-carbon economy in the world and the enlightenment to our country. Finally, under the guidance of Marxist ecological view, this paper expounds the concrete path of low-carbon economy development in China from the aspects of legal system, energy structure, industrial structure, technological innovation, production and consumption mode, export structure and so on.
