脱欧公投视角下的英国民主政治困境

【摘要】：2016年6月,英国就是否继续留在欧盟举行全民公投,结果有超过半数的投票者支持脱欧。这一结果将不可避免地对英国的国内政治产生深远影响。英国脱欧暴露了英国民主政治中长期存在的一些深层次问题,其中最突出的有:作为英国宪政基础的议会主权原则面临着挑战;精英民主政治由于民粹主义的兴起陷入困境;传统政党政治在内部团结和未来发展方向等问题上遇到了前所未有的危机。这些问题将长期困扰英国政治,同时也反映了欧洲目前普遍面临的一些困境。
[Abstract]:On June 2016, Britain held a referendum on whether to remain in the EU. The result is that more than half of voters support Brexit, a result that will inevitably have a profound impact on British domestic politics. Brexit has exposed some of the deep-rooted problems in British democracy. Among them, the most outstanding are: the principle of parliamentary sovereignty, which is the basis of British constitutionalism, is facing challenges; Because of the rise of populism, elite democratic politics is in trouble. Traditional party politics has run into unprecedented crises on issues such as internal unity and future direction. These problems will haunt British politics for a long time and reflect some of the dilemmas that Europe is now facing.
