法制视野下大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育的实效性往往取决于其所处的环境,良好的思想政治教育环境对思想政治教育的优化有极大的推动和促进作用。大学生思想政治教育环境的最重要的有机组成部分是高校法制环境,高校法制环境的完善和发展,对加强思想政治教育工作、改善大学生思想政治教育环境和优化大学生思想政治教育具有重要意义。高校的内部管理又是高校法制环境的最重要部分,也是高校法制环境建设的最核心环节。高校内部管理的好坏,直接决定着高校环境的优劣,进而影响大学生思想政治教育的实效。基于这样的分析,本人从高校内部管理出发,试图运用法制和高校法制环境理论研究大学生思想政治教育实效性问题。本文用马克思主义哲学及“三个代表”重要思想为指导,紧密联系高等学校教育教学管理工作的实际,全面研究了思想政治教育中全新的教育理念,即法制的理念。文章从理论高度论述了高校法制环境的科学含义;从思想政治教育过程中主、客体的特殊关系和教育的实效性出发,研究了法制环境下思想政治教育的育人意义;从实现思想政治教育目的出发,研究了高校法制环境和思想政治教育创新的关系,在此基础上,全面地论述了思想政治教育理念转变、方法创新以及高校管理者素质完善和人格塑造对坚持依法治校的重要意义。
[Abstract]:The effectiveness of ideological and political education often depends on its environment, The good environment of ideological and political education plays a great role in promoting and promoting the optimization of ideological and political education. The most important organic component of the environment of ideological and political education for college students is the legal environment of colleges and universities, the perfection and development of the legal environment of colleges and universities. It is of great significance to strengthen the work of ideological and political education, to improve the environment of ideological and political education of college students and to optimize the ideological and political education of college students. The internal management of colleges and universities is the most important part of the legal environment of colleges and universities, and also the core link of the construction of the legal environment of colleges and universities. The quality of the internal management of colleges and universities directly determines the merits and demerits of the environment of colleges and universities. Based on this analysis, I try to use the theory of legal system and legal environment to study the actual effect of college students' ideological and political education. Under the guidance of Marxist philosophy and the important thought of "three represents", this paper studies the new educational concept in ideological and political education closely in the light of the reality of educational and teaching management in colleges and universities. The article discusses the scientific meaning of the legal environment in colleges and universities from the perspective of theory, and proceeds from the special relationship between subject and object in the process of ideological and political education and the effectiveness of education. This paper studies the educational significance of ideological and political education under the legal environment, and from the perspective of realizing the purpose of ideological and political education, studies the relationship between the legal environment and the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, on the basis of which, This paper comprehensively discusses the important significance of ideological and political education concept transformation, method innovation, and the perfection of university administrators' quality and personality to adhere to the rule of law.
