教育改革视域下教师话语权的缺失与重塑

【摘要】：教师是教育改革真正的参与者和实施者,他们理应具有无可争辩的话语权。然而,在课程标准规约、功利驱动和行政主导下的教育实践中,教师的话语权弥近消释。教师话语权的缺失,不仅使教师的灵魂受到扭曲,同时也妨碍了教育改革的有效推进。重塑教师的话语权,需要从教师民主法制意识的强化、理论脱离实际的纠偏和专家决策教改的转向三个方面入手。
[Abstract]:Teachers are real participants and implementers of educational reform, and they should have an indisputable right to speak. However, in the educational practice of curriculum standard, utilitarian driving and administrative guidance, the teacher's right of speech is almost eliminated. The lack of teacher's right of speech not only distorts the teacher's soul, but also hinders the effective advancement of educational reform. To reconstruct teachers' right of speech, we should start with the strengthening of teachers' consciousness of democracy and legal system, the deviation of theory from practice and the turning of expert's decision and teaching reform.
