【摘要】:采用原位过氧甲酸法对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)进行环氧化改性,制备了环氧化溶聚丁苯橡胶(ESSBR),研究了SSBR分子链中双键环氧化反应活性,考察了影响ESSBR环氧度的反应条件。结果表明,环氧化反应主要发生在SSBR中丁二烯链段的1,4-结构上,而1,2-结构几乎不参与反应;适宜的环氧化条件为过氧化氢/双键(摩尔比)0.5~1.0、甲酸/双键(摩尔比)1.0~2.0、反应时间2~3 h、反应温度40~50℃、SSBR在环戊烷溶液中质量分数10%~15%。
[Abstract]:The epoxidation modification of soluble styrene butadiene rubber (SSBR) was carried out by in situ peroxyformic acid method. The epoxidation of ESBR was prepared. The epoxidation activity of double bonds in the chain of SSBR was studied, and the reaction conditions affecting the epoxy degree of ESSBR were investigated. The results show that the epoxidation reaction mainly takes place in the 1-4- structure of butadiene chain segment in SSBR, but the 1 ~ (2 +) structure almost does not participate in the reaction.
