【摘要】：正一、"法制专业主义":一个新鲜的话题倘从1985年上海电视台试播《法律与道德》算起,中国的电视法制节目已经走过了30个年头。30年,一段不短的时间。法制节目始终受到观众的欢迎与业界的热捧,也可以说是中国电视史上蔚为壮观的现象。但遗憾的是,法制报道的专业性始终未能形成,专业主义的理念构架尚未建立起来。我们知道,对于大众传播机构而言,法制报道是专业知识最为密集的领域,"案件报道"和"法庭审
