高职院校教育管理法治化的价值需求及实现措施

【摘要】：在高职院校发展的过程中,教育管理的法治化是高职院校实现自身发展的一个更高层次的基础,是高校利用法定的职权进行高校的管理的最重要的手段措施,是高职院校沿着新时代的教育发展规律不断前进的重要保障。但在目前的高职院校的管理过程中,实施教育管理的法治化仍然面临着许多问题和困难,高职院校在教育的管理模式、管理制度方面还存在着严重的失误,人治化的色彩浓厚,导致在高校的管理中出现严重的失误,高校管理者的法律意识淡薄。面对这样的问题,高校的管理者应当树立法治化的管理理念,完善高效管理的制度的法治化,以提高高效管理的效率和质量。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of higher vocational colleges, the rule of law in education management is a higher level foundation for higher vocational colleges to realize their own development, and the most important means for colleges and universities to make use of the legal authority to manage colleges and universities. It is an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges to develop along the new era. However, in the current management process of higher vocational colleges, there are still many problems and difficulties in implementing the rule of law in education management. There are still serious mistakes in the management mode and management system of higher vocational colleges, and the color of "rule by man" is strong. As a result, there are serious mistakes in the management of colleges and universities, and the legal consciousness of university administrators is weak. In the face of this problem, the administrators of colleges and universities should set up the management idea of rule by law, perfect the rule of law of the system of high efficiency management, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the efficient management.
