传统“礼法”与新农村法治建设

【摘要】：传统"礼法"文化内容广泛,在我国农村乡风乡俗中,作为农村的传统治理方式延续至今。就目前新农村法治建设现状来看,仍然存在一些问题,主要表现在农民的法律意识不强,农村法制体系不健全,政府普法不到位等方面。立足传统,把"礼法"与现代法治有机结合,从我国农村的实际出发,提高农民法律自觉意识、完善农村立法、促进普法互动,从而完善新农村民主法治,推动社会主义和谐社会的发展。
[Abstract]:The traditional "etiquette law" culture has a wide range of contents, in our country rural style and custom, as the traditional way of rural governance continues up to now. There are still some problems in the construction of the rule of law in the new countryside, such as the weak legal consciousness of the peasants, the imperfect legal system in the rural areas and the imperfection of the government in popularizing the law. Based on tradition, combining the "etiquette law" with the modern rule of law organically, starting from the reality of our country's countryside, raising the farmer's consciousness of law consciousness, perfecting the rural legislation, promoting the interaction of popularizing the law, thus perfecting the democratic rule of law in the new countryside. To promote the development of a harmonious socialist society.
