西北地区人口流动的经济福利效应研究

【摘要】：人口流动是实现工业化、城市化和现代化的必由之路。改革开放以来,我国自主性流动入口开始大幅度增加。流动人口的出现和不断增加,从根本上来说是由于城乡之间、地区之间的就业机会、收入水平以及其他方面的巨大差异引起的。西北地区是我国经济发展落后、流动人口增多、生态环境脆弱和少数民族聚居地区。人口合理有序的流动可以促进生产要素在区域内和区域问的自由流动,增加区域整体经济福利。研究西北地区人口流动的经济福利效应对西北地区继续推进西部大开发和不断缩小东西部差距具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。本文第一部分对选题的背景意义进行了阐述,然后对相关研究进行了综述,进而确定了本文的研究思路和研究方法。第二部分对本文使用的人口流动和经济福利概念进行了界定,并对人口流动对地区经济福利效应进行了理论分析。第三部分对西北地区人口流动状况进行了分析,并总结了西北地区人口流动的整体特征。随后依据2005年全国1%人口抽样调查数据对西北地区省际人口流动的经济福利效应进行实证分析。最后根据实证分析得出结论,并依据结论提出实现人口有效合理流动,提高西北地区人口流动经济福利的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Population mobility is the only way to realize industrialization, urbanization and modernization. Since the reform and opening up, the number of independent mobile entrance has increased greatly. Fundamentally, it is caused by the huge differences in employment opportunities, income levels and other aspects between urban and rural areas and between regions. The rational and orderly movement of population can promote the free movement of factors of production within the region and in the region. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the economic welfare effect of population mobility in Northwest China for the further development of the western region and the narrowing of the gap between the east and the west. The first part of this paper describes the background significance of the topic, and then summarizes the relevant research. The second part defines the concepts of population mobility and economic welfare. And the effect of population mobility on regional economic welfare is analyzed theoretically. The third part analyzes the situation of population mobility in Northwest China. Then, according to the data of the national 1% population sample survey in 2005, the economic welfare effect of the interprovincial population mobility in the northwest region is analyzed empirically. Finally, the empirical analysis is carried out according to the empirical results. The analysis draws a conclusion. According to the conclusion, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to realize the effective and reasonable population flow and to improve the economic welfare of population mobility in Northwest China.
