全面两孩政策的家庭效应

【摘要】：家庭是社会的细胞组织,生育行为具有显著的家庭性特征。实施"全面两孩"政策必然导致家庭领域的一系列变化:首先是生育两个孩子成为主流,家庭平均人数增加;其次是家庭的"基本三角"更为稳固,并成为杜绝"失独家庭"的治本之策;第三是有利于保持家庭生命周期完整性,进而对家庭功能的发挥产生积极效应;第四是家庭关系趋于多元,有利于完善家庭关系网络,增强家庭间的相互支持;第五是增强家庭养老资源和养老功能,发扬尊老、敬老、养老的传统美德,解决好家庭养老资源匮乏问题。
[Abstract]:Family is the cellular organization of society, and reproductive behavior has obvious family characteristics. The implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy will inevitably lead to a series of changes in the family sphere: first, the birth of two children will become mainstream and the average number of families will increase; and secondly, the "basic triangle" of the family will become more stable. The third is to help maintain the integrity of the family life cycle, and then to play a positive effect on the family function. Fourth, the family relationship tends to be pluralistic, which is conducive to the improvement of the family relationship network, the third is to maintain the integrity of the family life cycle, and then to exert the positive effect on the family function. The fifth is to strengthen the family old-age resources and pension function, to carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting, respecting and supporting the elderly, and to solve the problem of shortage of family pension resources.
