社会信任对城市外来人口社会融入的影响研究

【摘要】：外来人口的社会融入关系着城市的繁荣与稳定,对于这个问题学界已有一些研究成果,但是尚未发现从社会信任角度进行研究。本研究从社会信任的角度出发,通过对社会信任进行主成分因子分析,将提取的因子对社会融入的三个维度即社会参与维度、权利平等维度和身份认同维度分别进行OLS多元回归,探讨社会信任对城市外来人口社会融入的影响机制。研究发现,政治信任因子对权利平等维度和地域认同具有正向影响;市场信任因子对身份认同具有正向影响;普通信任因子对社会参与具有正向影响;而基于家人、朋友和邻居的人际信任因子对社会融入的三个维度均未表现出显著性影响。文章据此提出从社会信任角度提高城市外来人口社会融入的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The social integration of migrant population is related to the prosperity and stability of the city. There have been some research results on this issue, but no research has been found from the perspective of social trust. From the point of view of social trust, through the principal component factor analysis of social trust, this study will extract the three dimensions of social integration, that is, the dimension of social participation. OLS multiple regression is carried out in the dimension of equal rights and identity, respectively, to explore the influence mechanism of social trust on the social integration of urban migrant population. It is found that political trust factor has positive influence on right equality dimension and regional identity, market trust factor has positive influence on identity, ordinary trust factor has positive influence on social participation, political trust factor has positive influence on right equality dimension and regional identity, market trust factor has positive influence on identity, ordinary trust factor has positive influence on social participation. However, the interpersonal trust factors based on family, friends and neighbors had no significant effect on the three dimensions of social integration. Based on this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social integration of urban migrant population from the perspective of social trust.
