双导师制:理念、行动、进路——安徽师范大学国家级地理科学特色专业师范生培养的创新探索

【摘要】：安徽师范大学国家级地理科学特色专业建设点经过几年的探索与实践,形成了高校与中小学合作培养师范生的新模式——双导师制.在优化资源、加深理解的理念下,双导制以培养知行合一的"H"型教师为愿景,通过合作育人、合作教学、合作实习、合作活动、合作评价,形成了以"七个一"工程为基础的合作机制,并促进了师范生、中小学教师、高校教师三位一体的教师专业发展.通过学术、文艺、政策等路径,双导师制可以走向大学文化与中小学文化的深度互动.
[Abstract]:After several years of exploration and practice, Anhui normal University has formed a new mode of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools to train normal students-double tutors system. Under the idea of optimizing resources and deepening understanding, the double guide system aims at cultivating "H" type teachers with the unity of knowledge and practice, through cooperative education, cooperative teaching, cooperative practice, cooperative activities, cooperative evaluation, and so on. It has formed the cooperation mechanism based on the "seven ones" project, and promoted the teachers' professional development in the trinity of normal students, primary and secondary school teachers and university teachers. Through academic, literature and art, policy and so on, the double tutor system can move towards the deep interaction between the university culture and the primary and middle school culture.
